Somehow no. I'll watch it when I get tired of anime to remind myself why I liked it

I saw it in 3D but I sat too close to the front so it looked a bit borked.

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=44973473&postcount=3428 This post is the best explanation I've seen so far, even if I think he's over-simplified a few of the themes

It's....not bad. The animation and music are great. But holy fuck is it ever confusing. It's worth reading up on Cyborg 009 before going to see it

This will come as a huge surprise, but the movie is honesty not that bad. It's basically a Ghibli movie. He's no longer staring at clouds the whole time (only some of the time).

I saw that! What the hell, since when did anyone think that was profitable to bring out? Well, I'm getting it anyway

I have seen that segment of Neo Tokyo, but it was years ago on a shitty 240p stream so I should probably watch it again someday. From what I remember yeah, it was classic Otomo.

Surprised you read my blog at all I'll admit, since there's a lot of stuff on there that wouldn't interest you at all. I will recommend you watch Redline, for something that's come out over the past year or two that I think you'll like

Errr, let me copypaste something I've written on Kemenozume before

Kemenozume was the perfect example of a pretentious anime. Artwork that tries to be unconventional but just looks ugly and stupid. A plot that tries to be ‘LOL MATURE AND DEEP’ but looks more and more like a mess with every episode. So Yuasa went on to make Kaiba? Someone must have hit the guy on the head and told him to stop being such a pretentious faggot.

Yeah, pretentious is what bugged me about the show in every way.

My Studio 4c viewings have been few and far between but if they can produce stuff as mindblowing as that first episdoe of memories then I've got to check a few of them out, although it's a shame to hear the rest don't live up to the first. Also, if you liked that episode then Evangelion is strongly reccomended.

YAWN!!!!

Great soundtrack but seriously dull. If you want to check out that guys work then watch Haibane Remnei. I couldn't get even remotely interested in Texylyze

Jesus Christ, where do you find all of these blogs. Could you post all of these blogs in the resource thread in The Tokusyu Manga Club? It would be very helpful.

I am working on it over time during my lunch hour at work. I tend to be a slow writter because I think about everything that I write. I tend to think so much while writing that each sentence seems to come from a different thought process, which is why I mostly have failed my English classes. As for the rest of the history, it is actually much more interesting though I will skim over most of the school year. I try to concentrate on how my reactions rather then what I am watching. When I finish part 2 (which includes the summer between high school and college), it will probably be

I'm actually surprised that someone read the whole thing. I spend far more time self-reflecting and thinking then anything else combined (I even do it while working on other things). For me, I just want to know who exactly I am, where I came from, and why I am here. Probably once I start college in a month, my comic reading and watching anime will decrease drastically because I am going to be studying one of my passions, philosophy.

I don't really know what you are referring to with the links. They are all great (plus I made the Moebius and Bilal list on amazon (even though it says it was made by Cindy, I share my account with my mom)).

By the way, have you read any of Kramers Ergot? I have volume 6 and I am thinking about scanning it.

I was looking at some of your links on your different blogs. Must be hard keeping everything up to date on all of your profiles. I'm actually surprised that your younger then me and really into alternative stuff. Your art style is pretty good, but raw. I'm curious what your coloring style is.
