I mean, it does get better after that since the first 20 episodes is Daily Life Arc. As per its name, they are just episodes showing the normal daily life without getting into the plot (and it is boring to me too). Things start to progress after Daily Life Arc finish. If you still don't like how the anime goes after that well that's another story.
