Lol reading manga in class 😭😭.

The app can be confusing at first but once you get the gist of it, it's very easy to use and you can use multiple manga sites.
Haha oh maaan.. who hasn't seen furries and hasn't been traumatized 💀, I dont like them at all but Beastars was a fun read. The anime is CGI which might not be your thing but I didnt mind it. The manga was fun too, at some point the story felt a bit dragged imo but either way, it's a slice of life, drama but with some descent action as well. It's nothing mind blowing though ^^.

Haven't been much into anime watching lately huh? Tbh I also took a small break from animanga for a couple of weeks and watched a few movies instead lul.
I haven't checked Shangri-la frontier just yet but it's been on my radar for quite sometime now, do you recommend it? I think imma wait till the anime is finished airing and then binge it! Deadman Wonderland now that's a name I haven't heard in a while :D yep finished both the anime & manga and I agree, it's kinda eih :p nothing crazy about it, just an alright read.

Lmao Shigurui ptsd still lives to this day huh? 😭 Btw maybe I'm guessing wrong but if you're reading manga from your phone (because you talked about having the Shigurui tab open for months💀) and you haven't downloaded tachiyomi - it's worth checking out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5f5xiKT8Oto . It's a bit confusing at first but once you get the grasp of it, it's great.
As of late hmm.. finished Beastars manga which was fun, a manga called Kyou kara Ore wa which is an action/comedy about 2 delinquent friends but I don't think you would enjoy it as much unless you're into that 90s type of humour.. which can be silly at times 😅. Wanna start watching anime again, it's been a while..!

Ah yes.. good ol' Gintama. I'm currently on season 4, around episode 8 I think? It's quite the long series so I'm taking my time with it lul.
Saw you started it as well. It might take you a while to 'get into' the series, at least that was the case with me but once you do, it's a lot of fun with a great cast of characters ^^

That's true.. the 1st season was great but they completely ruined it with the 2nd since they adapted over half the manga in just 11 episodes.. shame 😞. Lol yeah they skipped the whole playground/hunting arc which was the most thrilling one imo! Aha so it was one of your first ever anime, good choice!

Lol yeah one of those who mostly read completed manga.. Besides some long running series I started years ago like One Piece/Hajime no Ippo/MHA (and some others whose chapters come out once every couple of months due to their lower popularity) I haven't read any new on going manga for some years now. Exactly, most of the chapters end on a complete tease, damn cliff hangers are painful 😭😭

The good thing with Kingdom is that if you're a new reader you've a whooolee 700+ chapters to enjoy, the real pain starts once you've caught up with it :( How long have you been caught up with the manga?

All anime fans go through that burn out phase.. and then they turn into manga fans and never look back :D I saw you're watching Gintama atm how you finding it so far? I'm halfway through the series, it took a while to grow on me but once it does its a lot of fun ^^.

Oh you watched Heavenly Delusion?! Yaaay :D glad to hear that you enjoyed it! True, its one of those anime that can be a bit confusing. Whenever we see these students at that facility, that takes place fifteen years ago before the fall of civilization and Kiruko's & Maru's adventure takes place in the present.

Alright so did you noticed that these kids at the facility had unique powers? Did you maybe noticed any similarities of those powers & the Man-Eaters? The hint that gave their identities for me was at the last episode when Usami, Mimi and the other 2 students go in the outside world, Mimi fell down from the cliff and Usami caught her, afterwards she ripped one of her buttons and gave it to him, which we see Usami playing with her button in his hands at episode 8.
It's just a very well put story of past and present with hints that can be missed, it's one of those anime that if you rewatch a second time things just make much more sense :p

Hmm.. another recc I'd give you is The Promised Neverland. The first season was great so I recc you that, but you can skip s2 because they sadly squished 140 chapters into 11 episodes, and turned out to be a disaster. You completely lose track at s2 etc but again I loved s1 and I think you would enjoy watching it so ;p.

I've been wanting to read Kingdom for a long time but I'm not a big fan of on going series, dont like the weekly releases if you know what I mean :p. I like binge watching/reading and have heard that one battle of Kingdom can take over 30-40 chapters etc which if you were to read them week by week, doesn't it kill the hype? 🤔vs binge reading a whole arc etc? ^^
But if you're saying that it's not anywhere near ending then maybe I should go for it.

Haha agreed, the whole sitting at home during lockdowns was a first one for the whole world but we had plenty of time to weeb to our heart's content :D.
Maybe you're just burned out on anime, taking a break for a month or two might help, been there done that :p. Recently I watched this anime called Heavenly Delusion and it was great. It gave me vibes of Made In Abyss & The Promised Neverland if you know. Next time you feel like watching an anime and dont have one, give Heavenly Delusion a try!

Aha right! During the lockdowns a loot of people went on some hardcore binge watching marathons :D Still, your list is quite impressive, good job on weebing so much, I guess 😆. True, so many people lose their motivation to keep watching anime.. tbh I think that happens when they switch from anime to manga since most of the times the manga has better art, it's better written and you can consume the story a lot faster as opposed to watching a bunch of episodes which also most likely won't adapt the whole thing.

I used to watch some anime here and there but this past decade I've been more.. consistent to it ;P. Thanks, you too! Let me know if you find any interesting gore manga!

No problem :D it's always fun recommending your fav animemango :p. Shigurui is more violent and gore based as opposed to let's say.. Vinland Saga or Hell's Paradise which tend to have comedic reliefs etc.

Another favourite his/action/m.a manga is Golden Kamuy, if you haven't checked I'd suggest you to give it a try as well, as it has it all! great characters, action, comedy, a little bit of mystery and in general a very fun story ^^.

P.s Did you really started watching back in '19? Because you're almost to 130 days of anime watched, that's impressive :P. Okay, happy reading!

Yeah the fate stay night series get better for sure! The fights are insane. But i don’t really like the normal fate stay night. The unlimited blade works is very dope tho. Fate/zero is also good and the movies heavens view are insane. Monogatari is also in my plan to watch i have watched 2 seasons but u really need to pay attention on that show :p

Also yeah! I think my fave manga at the moment would be tokyo ghoul. The anime from season 2 and forth was terrible, but the manga was so good oml, but boruto might take over after the timeskip hahaha, how about you?? :))
