Well i am not forum mod, so i am not 100% sure. Most likely because, link to download sites and streaming sites are to mostly illegal websites. Since most free streaming websites i am aware of holds content by illegal means, a.k.a. pirating. And that could have website staff get into legal problems, so they tend to avoid that. Tho there is no rule against sharing this type of info or asking for it in private messages or comments, at least as far as i know.

Also try to avoid threads creating threads like that, it will be delated in no time most likely, since it's against forum rules to ask for streaming links.
