Soon or later I'm gonna watch both of them, and then maybe I give you my feedback... but I'll probably love them both, LotGH I know it's a masterpiece, and Uchuu Kyoudai is probably great and have good chances of fit in my personal taste from what I've saw..

Well, not exactly two parts, but I saw it was kind of divided in 1st year and 2nd year, so I think that would be a good oppotunity for me to take break, which is something I always do in big series.

Well, depending of the style of Uchuu Kyoudai, I might watch it in a very slow pace... I mean, is that kind of episodic show?
Because that's the good part of episodic shows, I can easily watch simultaneously with another anime...
Has been a time since I'm watching Mushishi, which is one of my fav anime, and I didn't even finished the first season...
Gintama I don't have an strong opinon about it now, but even if I really like it, I'm gonna watch it in a very slow pace..

So, that's the cons of my late love with anime/manga, because there is so many piece of works I want to check... it was something like that when I was very into movies..
But the pros is that I basically didn't watched any shit hehe, because I've already had a decent critical sense at the start of my journey with anime

The thing is that I'm kind of new in the anime/manga industry for real, so there is a lot of great stuff I'm hyped to watch/read, so I didn't bother to wait for the new one, especially because is a long series... all of the big series I started I had to do a break, I would probably do that to LotGH too.. Uchuu Kyoudai, one of your favs, is one of my high priority too, and I saw that is divided in 2 parts, so I'm gonna take a break in the middle when I watch it too...

But now I don't know what to do hahaha.. let me at least update my high priority plant to watch/read and finish all the ones I started, then I decide if I'm gonna watch the classic or wait for the new one..
Don't get me wrong, I trust you, if I would to choose one it would be the classic, but as I said there is a lot of stuff I really want to check, and my free time is getting lower.. and for the fact that LotGH is probably a ultimate masterpiece, I also wanna be in the right moment to watch.. so, the time would probably come when the new one will already start, but yeah... I'll probably watch the classic.

I am hyped about part 4 because they are saying the villain Kira is awesome, I hate Dio Brando as a character and i can't stand him, not in the sense that i hate him as a villain but as a character.

I think i will go with part 4 first and i will ask you for anything that i won't understand well, nevermind the spoilers and then if i get interested I'll get back to part 3.

Hey bro, I was thinking about watching JoJo part 4, do you think i can watch it without Part 3?
I'm too lazy to watch Part 3, because they are saying that Part 4 is so far better and more interesting, i just want action, most of my "watching shows" are now slow paced drama, i want something crazy to watch and what's better than JoJo in this craziness department lol.

Also I hate Dio, and I'm not interested in his arcs.

I think you need to control yourself in those cases. :D You'll end up not watching the other one for a very long time you know. haha

So your answer is yes. XD Try watching 2 or more series at the same time like I do. XD You could also watch a series, one episode only on each day. =P How do you binge watch anyway? xD
