I'm going to redesign my profile at some point, but for now I've trimmed it way down.
"Anime is like...uh...it's like a cycle of love, emotional...*long pause*...emotional distance, and self-loathing"
- a sleep-deprived, drunk ArbiterofWhim during a Skype group call
I'm just your average dingus swinging his pingus through the neverending cycle of binging anime and then going months without watching a single episode. When I'm not roleplaying as the anime equivalent of a relapsing alcoholic, I'm probably gardening, 3d modeling/printing, sperging about nutrition and fitness, cosplaying, or whatever else sounds interesting. Sometimes I drive several hours back to my university to hang with my underclassmen and relive a bit of the fun times when I was the anime club president.
If the ratings on my list seem low, that's just because I use the rating system as it's actually intended. Read the description that MAL provides. 3 is "Very Bad", 5 is "Average", 6 is "Fine", 8 is "Very Good", etc. It's really not that hard people. If it's an average show, give it a 5. People who use 7 for average are the reason for the scoring inflation on MAL. Your shit taste is probably also a factor :^)
That said, the gap between my scores widen below 5 and above 7. The average anime is relatively mediocre garbage so for things to be below a 5 they need to be objectively bad (not just mediocre) and/or a struggle to watch. 5 and 6 are somewhat interchangeable for me. Usually a 6 is just a 5 that I enjoyed watching because it was cute or I chuckled a lot or whatever. Just think of it like a bell curve distribution.
Oh also, an anime should be able to stand on its own merit. People should be able to watch a show and sufficiently understand the majority of it without needing to have read the source material. I don't care how much better the source material is. I'm not going to give a bad adaptation free points just because the manga was good.

3-(yea it depends on the situation :S) still same thing, everybody acts her like a boy for her whole life then boom she likes first boy treats her like a girl...its easy to make viewers believe everything in anime because we dont see what side characters does off screen...
i dont usually respond reviews unless they are 1 sentence reviews or they draw my attention...since i read all of it i felt like i should discuss about it some, glad if i helped a little...
btw female mewtwo?seriously :I
1-MC "doesnt like" tachibana so his actions is not of a typical harem MC's...what do you expect from him?he dont like her but he "Must" act friendly because of her father(i think you missed that part while watching,i dont say its a perfect one but that is how story goes you cant deny it)....
2-Chitoge is not cliche.i watched enough harem,non-harem heroine but Chitoge is surprisingly has the Nr2 feature i like most:she tries to understand MC instead of going nuts and hitting around(irony right,we are talking about chitoge) and believe it or not she goes through a lot of character development...
3-Falling in love "for no reason"...have you ever fall in love for a reason? if you want a reason here i tell you one:Spending 1 whole year as lovers
Nisekoi is %50 harem %50 romance anime...you cant dislike it because it has a harem...if you want to blame someone blame the person who didnt add harem tag to anime...i rate anime by their genres and Nisekoi was the best Harem anime i watched(not the best romance)
