Sadly I haven't seen any that are similar to this "shipwrecked in strange planet" type anime with in-fighting. There are however some civilization building ones which is the closest genre? Like Dr. Stone - rebuild civilization, there's in-fighting but it's set on earth. The slime isekai is also civilization building but fantasy. I want to say Planetes as many have recommended this anime but I haven't watched it yet.
