You know....just to play devil's advocate, and because if people saw us agree they would think something wrong lol...Haruhi is a VERY good show.

My beef was with the first and last episode only. Other then that it was perfect.

The first episode was a complete train wreck. I get that it is supposted to be bad given to subject of it....but for the first impression....bad move. The first episode should have some kind of hook that will make people want to watch it....that one just made me want to beat my tv with a stick.

And the last episode where we watch Yuki read for like 5 mins straight with nothing going on...another bad move. She is a great character....but I don't find enjoyment by ocassionally watching her turn a page.

That is just my thoughts...am I way off base?
