Heart no Kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World~ to End in September

The manga adaptation of the fantasy otome game Heart no Kuni no Alice will end in the upcoming October issue of Comic Blade avarus (to be released 9/15/2010). The anime adaptation of the series is currently in the works, although its release has been postponed until further notice.

I just read Chapter 30......What!!! Is it just me or will there be a 6th volume.....because it didn't feel like a real ending.....

Edit: Oh, never mind....I'm happy there will be another volume :D

Really? so short? but they barely got into the whole "game" thing. we still know next to nothing. to end it so short and try to wrap everything up in one last volume seems... odd? because if they try to wrap everything up in one volume i feel, even though it was good so far, the horrible ending will ruin the whole thing.

I usually shy away from epic fangirldom but Kuni Alice is actually pretty dang good. I look forward to the ending~ (and adaption!)

Yes, I know--I own and have read every single one of them (and was the one who added them to MAL). Those are the ones QuinRose has been pimping on the side. The main manga was never set up to be any single character's route, although it most closely follows Julius's route.

I'm pretty sure they knew this the entire time (and found a way to make money from it with the countless anthologies). It's so common in otome/BL game->manga adaptations.

There's also a bunch of other mangas though were Alice ends up with different characters, the mangas just haven't been translated yet.

It's probably because they realized there is no way to end it without dissapointing or angering japanese fans of the Otome game; because in a manga Alice can only be with one guy. While playing the game you can choose all different paths and esscentially end up with them all if you repeat the game. So i'm sure they realized...crap...what do we do now. :< It sucks though because i really liked the manga.

The manga is ending and the anime hasn't even come out yet? I fear that some people might not watch the anime or at least lose interest when the ending is showed
