This guy is no doubt in my mind a legendary mangaka. He created my favorite childhood manga , Slam Dunk, a classic that stand the test time. The manga that singlehandedly cement basketball as the 'cool' sports in my country. Even in the art department, this manga was top-notch if you compare to what we have now, some 15~20 years later.

And now, he created the most beautifully drawn manga ever with Vagabond. So fucking talented that he could use brushwork and the consistency didn't dropped. I waiting for the last legendary battle and with Inoue, I know it won't be disappointing.

knew the ending was coming... but apparently it actually failed to conclude in 2010 (or mal has failed to update)

I'm curious about how he's going to handle the legendary last fight...

Me, too. I read "Musashi" written by Y. Eiji, but it's really different from it, so I'm very curious. :3

It´s gonna be interesting how he will wrap things up. Hope it wont feel too rushed. But, I trust Takehiko will end it with style :)

Is that a fact? =)!

It's only an assumption.
As you know it, the author concentrates on Vagabond. Because the manga appears every year. Publication is slow.

REAL will appear regularly.

Is that a fact? =)
If so, then Yahoo!

I've been wanting to read it for a while now(I only own the first), so I'm gonna start back now that I know it's planned to wrap up soon.

Thanks god it'd finally end! I hope to see the new work of that mangaka (Real is a very boring manga though).

Ah, damn. I don't want to see it end, but I guess I'm pretty excited to see how he chooses to wrap it up. I'll definitely miss it though.
