Seiyuu Ayumi Fujimura Enters Hiatus

Talent agency Ken Production announced on its website on Monday that Ayumi Fujimura will take a hiatus from voice acting due to "various circumstances."

Fujimura debuted as a seiyuu in 2004. Some of her earlier roles include Karada Iokawa from the 2006 series Asatte no Houkou. and Miwa Kurushima from Bartender. She also voiced Misaki Ayuzawa from J.C.Staff's Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, Mafuyu Oribe from Hoods Entertainment's Seikon no Qwaser, and Niche from Studio Pierrot's Tegamibachi.

She recently reprised her roles to voice Seiri Fukiyose and Ichi Mezato who feature in the new seasons of Toaru Majutsu no Index and Mob Psycho 100, respectively.

"Various circumstances" is that the euphemism for "I cannot pay my bills and make a living because I can't land any jobs and will now search for a job that actually pays"?
