Yay

Btw the style of animation is really good, it reminds me of the PSP game.

Shaft did it again.

This PV looks ugly and I don't know if the reason is the somewhat awful character design or because... looks quiescent and no dynamic, or just boring. There are chances that the last one to change with the broadcast since SHAFT is a good anime studio at technical levels, but the design is gonna stay as such and I don't like it at all.

Yeah, people is happy because it looks like the games but that's not something to be happy about imo, Ufotable's designs for the another Fate sagas were better, just saying.

The only reason why I'll gonna watch this is the neck tilt.

Shaft doing an action TV Series?
Lol, what are they gonna do? Tilt the characters heads?

Let's see what Shaft can do with a mediocre source material. And the character designs aren't Type-Moon's style (obviously), but they're not too similar to the game either. It's something to do with the eyes I guess. Hakuno looks fine though. I'm sure that Shaft will try their best with this adaptation, because from a directing and technical standpoint, they're almost always good.

Ehhh... actually Wada and Takeuchi character designs have very similar nose sizes. If anything, Wada's designs actually has smaller noses. Only the male characters actually get noticeable noses, haha. This anime adaptation's character designs are noticeably different than Wada's, as there noses are larger and their eyes looks a bit different.
well of course it isnt wada 1:1 the character designer, Takiyama Masaaki, tends to have a more bubbly looking design. I understand ur feelings but I generally like Silver Link's Illya designs and this design over ufotable.
Honestly, I'm no that big of a fan of ufotable's character designs either. I can't say that I hate the art style in PV. Just not particularly fond of it. Oh well, I'm more interested in seeing how it turns out as an adaptation, rather than how it looks.

The PV looked much cheerful in tone than the previous PVs. It's like suddenly turned into shounen anime. The previous tone was much better & more atmospheric. And this PV had weird colouring too in some scenes. This PV was overall a surprise, in a not-so-good way.

Looks very Shafty, i like it lol

Character designs are on par with the videogame designs which i love. I think Wada's designs shit on Takeuchi and his ugly no nose triangle face. The anime adapts this well.

The pv is a fantastic display but most shaft PVs arent really close to the final product, aka first episode. Also this will be on netflix = better encoding.

Man, this is weird watching Rin, Shinji and Sakura getting Shafted.

I notice that there is a lack of Rani in most of the trailers. Guess they are going with the Rin route.

The design is not the fate design we are more used to. Not sure at this point but I am assuming it's gonna sell pretty well considering the franchise.

Trash tier art style/character design
Enjoy fate fans hehe
