Shit. Just a damn movie?
I was expecting another TV Series.
Or the contents of manga was really that few/short?

WIT is animating the movie? Do they realize they have 3 shows airing back to back and two of them are ambitious projects?

WIT Studio was just a side studio of IG Port/Production I.G.
They can handle that much since they are a big studio.

It's not that they can't handle it but that now they're going to have to sacrifice their in-house staff by focusing on all the different shows and relying in outsourcing it to other studios, which could very likely lower their quality, instead of focusing on one show. Yeah the studio has grown since AOT aired but they still have had production issues from then onward.

And another show from WIT. I'm really hoping they're getting their priorities straight since they're basically adding an all-new movie to their already packed schedule for this year. (SnK2 Spring-Summer, MnY Fall-Winter and possibly KnK2 Spring)

oo so it'll be a movie? I was hoping for a tv series since we'll get it faster over here, but I'll take anything if its donten ni warau

A side news (not really newsworthy here, I think), but Rengoku ni Warau (prequel to Donten ni Warau) gets stage adaptation.

Im pretty sure you were saying Winter 2018, since Winter 2017 is ending soon... right ?
For movie, it could also mean December 2017 (different from TV schedule).

Oh yeah, i always forget about that.

Okay again, can I say that for some reason this is a bad sign already again?

But then again I would want more Donten ni Warau.

Seeing as Gaiden just finished, this is really great news. If it's well received, maybe we can hope for an adaptation of Rengoku ni Warau in the future too.

What unexpected news, hopefully the original VAs reprise their roles.

About time to have this.
I guess I need to read the manga now.
I just wish the old cast will reprise their roles.
