According to the official website, the cast for Nishizono Mio in Little Busters! was announced to be changed from Kawaragi Shiho to Tatsumi Yuiko considering the health of Kawaragi, who recently became pregnant. Kawaragi said she's six months pregnant and the condition of the baby is stable.

Quit complaining about JC Staff and watch the show...they have had their share of mess-ups but also have made some great animes :/

There is middle ground between "freak the fuck out the sky is falling" and "this will be absolutely perfect without a doubt"

I lol'd. (not an insult, just found it funny the way you put it)

As expected as it is for people to be negative about every piece of info that comes for this anime, it's still depressing to see. I'd ask questions like "Why are people like this?" but I already know the answer.

I trust that JC Staff is going to take this project very seriously, and that's all I need.

No one blames key here for siding with JC staff over other companies in the first place? Oh they didn't have time you say? Well i am sure there are many other and greater companies. They just want money from failed rewrite sales. (Rewrite only sold around 35k copies last i checked) which is pretty bad.

35k is pretty bad for Key PAST standard. With economy decline they're having right now, 35k is a superior sale number. Not to count that Rewrite isn't that great compared to other Key works.

Actually VN sales is pretty similar with sales per volume for anime, only a bit higher. Selling >10k is a mild success and only few companies that could reach >50k. >100k is legendary.

I don't get how picking J.C. Staff equates to Key just wanting money, if Key just wanted money they would have waited for a company with a better track record, after all a better adaptation would = more sales.

You forgot to add: "...in comparison to previous Key Visual Novels". Sales only tanked because Key fans only want the same shit over and over and over.

Mio's fans are obviously going to get angry.

I love Mio but I'm not angry :p
Because they are nos responsible and the new seyuu's voice seems to fit well too

Mio's fans are obviously going to get angry. It's hard to not have someone to blame though, so they gotta explode on someone, and on this case, J.C Staff.

About the anime....I hope they deliver, their reputation are on the balance here. Whether they deliver great animation throughout the anime(it's impossible, even Toradora had shitty animation at times) or they will get shot down by raging fans.

As much as I liked Mio's story, Mio isn't even that important to the overall plot of LB! Calm down people...

This is not even out yet and people are already criticizing the crap out of it? Because a bloody VA got pregnant and quit the role? Excuse me whilst I go smoke a whole lot of pot... Maybe then I could understand you idiots better. Wait until it is out before judging it... Idiots will use anything these days to criticize something outright.

There is too much negativity about Little Busters animation.

JC Staff has nothing to do with a seiyuu's pregnancy.
By the way, it's already the second change of seiyuu for Mio, counting the novels.
From wikipedia: Voiced by: Yumi Arai (game), Kaname Yuzuki (Little Busters! Ecstasy), Yuiko Tatsumi (anime)
I'm not too sure about that, Shiho Kawaragi appears credited in most places for both games. I know Yumi Arai is someone else so maybe someone credited it wrong. Wikipedia itself has it credited to both Yumi Arai and Shiho Kawaragi depending on the article you go to. My guess is they credited it wrong, not the first time they do so.

JC Staff's success with this project will lead them into a brighter future.

ALL HAIL JC STAFF!

Not even a miracle from God can save the series and J.C.'s reputation after the press, 2ch, and tabloids (Sankaku) get wind of the failure.

What else can you see with that crystall ball of yours?

Hidamari Sketch being saved.

If I keep my expectations low, it will be fine....maybe. It's not like they can animate something better than KyoAni anyway.

Here too.

It's not their fault that there was a cast change. Okay. She won't be the VA. So what? Just because of this, the anime will suck? What if the choose someone who might suit the character even better? Perhaps someone new who might get a lot more attention and be featured on many more successful series?

Just... Be open minded about it. The anime didn't even start yet, for Heaven's sake!

And quite frankly... I think you guys are lucky that JC Staff is doing this anime. Because, even with adaptations, they actually follow the source material. Right, sometimes their adaptation is not the best.... But all the JC Staff shows I watched so far were very enjoyable.

Now, as a Hayate no Gotoku fan, I've just experienced the "disappointment" of NOT having JC Staff doing the 3rd season. Then, after come rumours that the series won't follow the source material AT ALL... What else can I say? Long Story short, JC Staff had left everything prepared to start Season 3 from where it should and I believe they certainly would. Instead, we (probably) will have some spin-off kind of drabbling from a different studio. Chances are that it will not even contribute to the original plot at all. Even so, I'm not going all over the place ditching Manglobe (I was angry before, but not at that extent) and I'm still eagerly waiting to watch the new anime with hopes that it will be good.

And here, we have a highly anticipated anime being made by JC Staff. It's not even a second or third season. It's the very first. I can NOT see how this possibly could actually go wrong. You will have the plot you all wanted, just maybe with a few adaptation. But... well... That's the anime world. We are all used to it.

It could be A LOT worse.

So, what I'm saying is (I'll be a bit blunt, so sorry =\)

Please... calm down, enjoy the show and just then start judging it.
