Synopsis

Honoka Aono is an attractive 17-year-old high school sophomore. One summer day, suitcase in tow, she arrives at Musashi Koganei Station. A little away from this station, deep in a quiet suburban town, is the apartment her grandfather built. That's right—starting today, Honoka is going to be a landlord! Wearing her sailor school uniform by day and her landlord's apron after school, Honoka sets out to manage this building... which happens to be home to some very beautiful women. What kinds of heart pounding, exciting adventures await Honoka?!

This manga is harem, no wait, no it's better then a harem. It's a yuri harem!

Story 8/10: Story is about a girl who takes over running an apartment for her grandfather while he is away. The grandpa is a perv because the tenants are all beautiful women. It's pretty typical harem, slice or life, style story but its still a good story.

Art 7/10: The art is okay, the backgrounds look very nice and are well drawn. Sadly I can't say the same for the characters. The characters don't look bad just not as good as the background art.

A simple slice of life comedy between a highschool girl becoming a landlord and her tenants, all dipped in a bit of ecchi.

There's no romance or yuri so it's a bit mislabeled where I read it since I was searching for some GL, but it is quite funny and entertaining nonetheless. It's about everything you'd expect from a ecchi slice of life, and the jokes land much better than I would have guessed going into it.

The antics can be a bit random, but it's not too far off the rails that it ruins the experience. All in all it's nothing too crazy since it is ...
