| This series is pulling a Gintama right now. Not the comedy and family elements-- the fact that the plot forgot about the psychic aliens! I mean, they didn't forget, so much as they just pretend it doesn't exist, but still, what happened to the psychic battles and the fact that Hina needs to constantly use her psychic powers or else? Oh well. 5/5 episode, would shrimp again. |
| The first 15 mins were absolutely hilarious. Nitta and Hina have such a great comedy chemistry. |
| Very good episode. I laughed a lot in the first part. Mom & sis of Nitta are gold. The second part makes me think about what Anzu says when she ate the dinner. Do we really deserve what we have? Well, Humans are egoists after all huh :c I cried a little bit too. Too much opposite emotions for this episode haha :p |

| I LOVE THIS SHOW!!! I love that Nitta's mom and sister are just as over the top as he is and how they readily accepted Hina as their own (mostly because they think she is his actual daughter LOL). Anzu's story is adorable and it's something I've never seen in an anime series before. I can't wait to see her adapt to her new life in the restaurant. Knowing that she's earning her keep and being useful must make her feel so much better, especially by honoring her old friends by doing so! It's so cute and heartwarming, I love it!!! |

| Comedy in the first half was a bit weak but the feels in the second half was great. Wonder if Anzu will end up going to school as well. Still haven't introduced the girl back in the opening scene of ep1 either. |

| I love how Nitta was shamelessly lying to his mother and sister and having fun with it. That's really something I enjoy when a character go full trash, like Utako making a kid work but on the same time giving a helping hand to the homeless. The mother and sister also shamelessly forcing Nitta into cooking. The characters are sometimes good people sometimes trash. I like this. And about the second half, I didn't expect to cry with this show, but I did. Best moment though : Hina as a broken records. Such a great anime! |

| seriously don't remember the last time anything made me cry like this - real life stuff yea, but an anime? i can't help but feel there was stuff happening in the first half, that while funny, really set up the empathy. this episode dove into family, mortality and really touching irl situations - what a surprise! |

| Such a good episode. The episode had me laughing like crazy at the start and then had me crying by the end. Perfect mix of being both emotional and funny. Easily without a doubt my favorite episode thus far. |

| WOW. Just gave her the most tragic backstory he could think of. Nitta's family was a lot of fun though, specifically his sister when she drunk. Actually, they all fun when they drunk. And ANZU IS FINALLY NOT GOING TO BE SUPER POOR But... It was actually even more depressing than I thought it would be as well as just SO FREAKING TOUCHING, THE FEELS WERE STRONG. Holding off on this part for so long actually just made it even more feelsy in the end, so I guess it's a good thing they dragged this out. Can't wait to see her again next week. |
