| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The quality of the episode was as high as the rest of the TV series. The episode's directing however, felt a bit too rushed (though they only have one episode to adapt this.) I believe a few more scenes with Ryou earlier would have made things more effective, but it was still a pretty good adaption of the game. Also, I'm glad they didn't decide to use TORCH as the ED again. 9/10 |
| Im not going to lie....I was a little let down with this....a lot of the key elements where either omitted or somehow changed....*sigh* The rain scene was not as great as in the VN and neither was the hair switch....oh well...this should have been at least 40 min to be good, Im giving this 8/10...this was my fav arc in the VN too... ;_; |

 Is it me, or does Tomoya look really cool right here. I was extremely satisfied with the presentation. Well, anything that was Clannad would make me happy, but still! I thought that the necklace date would have been put in somewhere, but I guess it really didn't matter too much, or at least contribute to the ending in any way. They condensed it beautifully, and yes, no TORCH was a good thing. <3 I'm just sad that this might as well be the end of seeing Clannad extras. The only thing even plausible is Kappei... but... must... kill... |

| ... This route is my favorite in the VN, this episode was like super rushed... they need at least 3 episodes to explain this whole story... 1 episode is just not enough... though they did add some important scenes. 8/10 for being super rushed and i'm disappointed |

| It was great to see the OP once again, and like others said, this is probably the last we'll see of Clannad.. 23 minutes is definitely too short, would have been nice to keep the CLANNAD spirit going on a little longer by spreading it over 2 eps or more, but I guess that wouldn't be fair to Tomoyo.. Still not sure what to rate this. |
| Awesome as always. Since I didn't played Clannad VN I didn't really care that it was cut. Though, I'd like to see more than one episode of this goddess (yeah, clannad tard). :) Overall, 8,6 for this OVA draker said: Clannad is really over now, huh? Don't say it. | To be honest, despite the fact that the story was kinda squished in a 24 minute frame (well it was kinda a given), it definitely is good. I never would've thought Butan would be there for the scene where Tomoya found Kyou in the rain. A solid 9/10. |

| Just watched Chinese subs (they surely came out quick). I don't have much to say, but there is a lot to cover within just one episode. Nevertheless I think they did it well enough there, and overall it looks quite solemn until the end bit. |
| Since I've still yet to play the VN, I can make a not-influenced judgement. For me it was clearly better than the Tomoyo OVA, even when this one had no real tear-scene. They managed to pack more love story in 24 min than most love story anime in 24 episodes. Sunohara was really awesome again in this one. But I so knew that he would say "I would take both". ^^ I am more than content with this: 8/10 Too bad animated Clannad is over now, but I still have the VN to look forward to. |

| I was curious and watched the raws. The episode sorrily contains some unfavorable changes, like: Overall everything is shortened and compressed and it really reduced a bit from it's value.But overall it's good. Question to VN players. Who thinks that Kyou can save Tomoya, like Nagisa or Tomoyo(with many efforts in Tomoyo After)? |

| Exelent episode. loved every moment of it. even thought i also kind like ryou as well, but kyou is the one that fit best ^^ the animation is epic as always. short haired kyou is kinda cute :D anyway really liked watching this lovely kyou chapter ^^ *lots of complememts |

| I haven't read the VN, but this episode still felt rushed (a lot). I think they should've split this OVA into at least 2 episodes, if not 3. But still, it had Kyou in it so 10/10. (Kyou-ism! ^_^) |

| I really really loved it! Even though it was kinda short, the arc was great. The story was nice, kinda predictable, it was obvious that it's going to be a story with her sister and the love of the sisters to Tomoya. |

| Oh god. I loved every single moment of this OVA. Although as mentioned before it did feel a bit rushed, it was amazing nonetheless. Even though I have already had to accept we wouldn't see Kyou anymore since about halfway through After Story untill the OVA had been green-lit, I can't believe this really is the end and I won't see my overall favorite anime character again once more. I'm glad I didn't start playing the Visual Novel before this came out, but it looks like I will really have to hurry up doing so now though. Luckily I've still got something to look forward to. =) This OVA gets a solid 10/10 from me. |

| Was really good, it amazed me how they could do it on one episode, Kyo/Ani once more; fucking awesome, no matter what Clannad episode is it always bring a tear to my eye. However it wasn't -In my opinion- as good as Tomoyo Chapter. Sorry but that Rain scene wasn't that fucking Epic as the Snow one. The Ice cream on the bench can't be compared. Really. 8/10 for me. It was definetly fucking good. |
