 a little shot at alicia x welkin part i found it awesome this part was one of the most memorable scene in the game, and they made it better in the anime. but next episode will be epic just for this  awesome. wonder if feds are coming out tho |

| Interesting pacing and script in this episode. That was a very good slice of war episode on top of it. The series is really getting better for 3 or 4 episodesnow. |

| I just feel like I've seen this episode so many times in movies in tv that it just had to be perfect for me to like it. And it wasn't. The first half had some good character moments, but the second the deserter appeared, it was just plain bad. |

| just when you think things are getting good, welkin gets shy and goes to sleep; but then a wounded soldier shows up with a grenade- i think the point of showing him was to demonstrate how effective the empire propaganda is, he might have been saved if he surrendered but died in the end, sad |

| VC was picked up by Gleam Street [gleam]. I liked this episode, but they rushed the begging a little too much, though, without even explaing how exactly Welkin guessed about the blizzard(he heard some birds?). |

| Wow... I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this episode. | Nice episode. So Welkin and Alicia were sepearated from Squad 7 because of a Snowstorm... No wound for Alicia then ^^ I think the reason for the scouting is unclear, and that's really the bad point on this episode. The discussion with the Imperial soldier was great, it really shows how horrible is war. Ah, and it seems Jaeger and Selvaria will be the princess' kidnappers ^^ |

I loved the first part of the episode, but would much rather have had Welkin or Alicia end it by shooting the guy dead. We already know war is cruel, a surprise character development would've been nice though. |

I'm agree with alicia's comment when the deserter came..she said "Why.!..Why is this happening.." poor alicia..^^ PS:Alicia really gain weight in anime than in game |

| Welkin and Alicia sharing a blanket :D, buts after that that whole scene was not that great. I thought the guy didn't have the safety pin and he was going to sacrifice himself or somthin like that. |

| I liked the Alicia x Welkin parts~ But I wanted to hear about WHY Welkin knew a blizzard was coming. D: He explained the thing about the mist before... Argh Alicia, you should have asked~~ Anyway, I thought it was an okay episode. Entertaining. But it definitely felt like it dragged and felt like it had little to do with the actual story. |
| Good ep, glad this seires does some character development and other aspects and not just total fighting. Next ep looks intresting and then i expect we'll see some more action! |

| It's the lost in the woods episode. In the game, Alicia and Welkin got separated from the squad because of enemy's mortar explosion. The anime add an awkward scene between Alicia and Welkin. The wounded imperial soldier scene is somewhat similar, except the soldier's threat with gunpoint and grenade. What I expected most is unfortunately absent, that is blushing Rosie after Isara told Welkin that she was worried. |

So far this anime has been doing its own thing and tbh, the last couple of episodes have been rather enjoyable, there is some original stuff that while goes different ends up blending well. Adaptation aside, their are doing a great job to Alicia's character. And this was a solid job. I dont mind if an adaptation does it own thing as long as a similiar vibe is keep and the adaptation IS being sucessful so far in what they are going with, for the most part (Faldo romance interest can go take a hike). |
