| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Yay for Solomon surviving the episode! With the way Amshel had said farewell in last week’s preview, I came into this episode thinking that Solomon would die at any moment. Amshel’s powers were pretty cool, and I didn’t think that Solomon could possibly beat him. Thankfully Nathan stopped them and Solomon survived the episode, but Diva has now basically disowned Solomon. He’s free to join Saya’s group, but I doubt he’ll become so much of an integral member and will instead be someone who shows up when they’re in a pinch. Solomon did switch to his new set of non-white clothes, just like in the OP, which is just another sign of how he’s changed. The surprise of this episode is that James is still alive. He’s in a medical tube and he didn’t show signs of movement, so it doesn’t look like he’ll be regenerating the rest of his body and fighting again anytime soon. I guess Blood+ adheres to the old principle that you don’t consider someone dead unless you see the body. To make up for all the KaiXSaya recently, we finally get some more HagiXSaya. Saya did some clinging to Hagi and we even got to see Hagi smile a little. It’s long overdue, but we still don’t know what that promise they made back then in Russia was. |

| I also thought that Solomon die in this episode, but now I'm a bit confused about everything, concerned about Diva, Amshel and the real purpose of the fights. They seemed rather appealing to me than evil~ Or maybe I'm too naive~ |

| agh.. the singing thing is really annoying me xD no idea why.. but its too unrealistic, the voice doesnt fit her image.. lol and its quite obvious that james is alive.. coz he was still there in the new OP.. -.- HajixSaya moments all the way!! and its quite intriguing how Amshel is soo effin' strong. ahh. i feel sorry for Solomon. a love that'll never happen.. |

| Haji's so awesome, playing the cello on top of (I'm assuming because I live in NY and it was in the OP) the Chrysler building like it's no big deal xD His moments with Saya this episode, as always, were so sweet. Wonder if there will be a Saya and Solomon moment in the next few episodes, because even though I know they won't wind up together, Solomon is sacrificing a lot for her, he's now disowned and his life is at risk... Saya seems to be sleeping a lot recently...wonder if she needs to hibernate again soon, because it has been a few years now and they also are showing Diva sleeping too. Not sure if I'd be upset with the ending not really resolving anything but winding up with both of them in pods once again. There's no second season, so there's still hope for some resolution, and that promise of Saya and Haji's... Oh, and I guess when you're a Chevalier nuclear radiation or falling into an endless hole doesn't even affect you-- way to not die, James xD Not too surprised but the device sure did shock me. |

| 4/5 Yet another is not clash clash, the plot aims to scrutinize the intimacy of the characters, not bad but a bit of sparkle in the narrative would not have been bad. The plasma which flows calmly and even more characters. My intuition proves right on James, can save him! |

| Solomon made it out alive, Amshel looks incredibly powerful. Diva is such a lunatic, no wonder why Solomon no longer has any attachment to her. I like it how Amshel isn't evil for the sake of evil, but just wants to keep Diva safe. Well done on him I guess. |
| I couldn't be happier, Solomon is still alive and I can't help myself but appreciate his resolve and his mind. He is unique character in this series for sure. |
