So far Kojou has either kissed or sucked the blood of a few chicks. And they will most likely continue. Negi just kissed all his students under 2 minutes. /manga-wise he does kiss a majority of them too. Sucking blood? Pft, he's not a vampire... Anyways, we still got Rito from To Love Ru as a top contender, and he's got Momo. |

Although, Issei from High School DxD is gaining ground. In the light novel anyways. |
