| Honestly after that nearly 20 episode match, this is a nice change of pace. Rukawa is all fired up and seeing him so focused is intense. Him vs Mitsui is going to be interesting. Glad Haruko finally realized that Rukawa doesn't care about her and only has eyes for the sport. Getting tired of Sakuragi's one sided rivalry with Rukawa. Like, nothing wrong with wanting to best him, but I was hoping to see them work as a team at some point. 90 episodes later, he still won't pass the ball to Rukawa.... Also that All-Japan center guy earlier looked like a tank. |

| Oh so Anzai-sensei's student died of illness, I thought he committed suicide. And how comes no one acknowledged Haruko's new haircut? It looked cute. And I really hope Mitsui wins this one on one with Rukawa, because Mitsui is my fav character and Rukawa is my least favourite and he needs to be put in his place, he's too cocky. |
