| Hmm... another introspective episode, it's slightly better than the previous episode, which was a semi-recap, but it's marginally better. It was nice to see some back story of the bicycle club especially from the beginnings and from Yousuke and Kouichi's point of view, but after episode18 where Shinozaki won the Mountain King award I was expecting and yearning for more action. However, I have a sinking feeling that the apex of the race has passed when at that point. What I did like was we finally get to see Kouichi's mad biking skills in the episode! I knew he had some wicked moves! |

| Well I think it's acceptable for them to put background story into the anime at this point, seeing that a really intense action-peak just passed. They need time to build up the intensity again, and this background-story eps really wasn't so bad. It was important insight into the friendship between Kouichi and Yousuke, imo |

| That's some serious bromance there, Terao just earned some major respect. Man this must be DBZ, they're only behind 2-3 minutes after a whole episode. |

| Terao is so sweet. And the bromance is so strong. |
| This is sad for Yousuke, but I like his relationship with Terao, nice backstory for the very beginning of the cycling club |
