| This episodes was soooo great! if anyone thinks this episode was bad they must have a scrw loose or something :P.. after i watched the previous episode i thought this would take longer, and that Tomoya would have messed up even more before realising how he's been acting and stuff like that, but im glad i was wrong. this episode had so much emotion in it *sob* |

| The After Story has just been bumped from a solid 9 up to a 10. While that score may still change, After Story has exceeded my expectations. Ushio is done absolutely perfectly and I've had to fight back tears so far in every single episode that featured her. |

| Ushio's very cute ^^ What can I say about this episode? It's EPIC. It's an ending material I guess. Even if it ends here I'll still give the highest score to the series. Tomoya reminiscing Nagisa and realizing that he has to protect Ushio is well portrayed. I was holding my tears after hearing "The first thing that Daddy gave to me" and "Can I cry at Daddy's arms?" EPIC this is a happy and teary episode. I can't predict what'll happen next (and that's a good thing) but I'm betting that this series will end with a score of 11/10 |
| OMG T_T. I can't even describe how I feel right now, so this post will be basically all ranting without thinking. This episode had more emotional impact than any of the after story eps so far. I mean, Nagisa's death was just kind of a shocker. With the short flashback in this episode, it really hit me hard. Add Tomoya's Dad scenes and reunion with Ushio, and I could hardly hold back the tears. THIS is why Clannad is so great. Wow... *edit* I just bumped After Story in front of the original Clannad series because of this episode. I knew it was coming, just didn't know when. |

| First time I've cried watching anything in literally yeaars. Seriously, this was the most touching thing I've ever seen in my whole god damn life. It really is. One thing about this episode, is that almost everything about it was so perfect that I really wished it didn't end when it did. I can't get enough of Ushio, and when I have a child, I pray to god that i get the same feeling as i did when watching this. This anime has topped among my all time favorite, as i'm sure it has for many others. not 11/10, but yes... 12/10. I can't imagine seeing anything else even close to as epic as the end portion of this series. ever. production values, animation, voice acting,... EVERYTHING was as close to perfect as it can get. |

| This episode was the first (like a lot of people) episode I truly bawled my eyes while watching... When Ushio said "First thing from Daddy" I couldn't hold it in anymore T_T haha. Truly a brilliant episode... One of my favorite episodes every now... *sniff* Can't wait for the next episode =D |

| The lighting, pacing, music, art, and everything else in this episode was near perfect. Easily one of the best things I've watched in a long time. Even if all the remaining episodes ended up being complete crap it wouldn't matter to me at all. I'd just deny their existence and pretend that this was the end of the series. |

| Would you look at that! 204/227 people thought this episode was great... :} Ushio's soooooo adorable! I found myself taking screenshot after screenshot of her! Crying in the toilet, or in your Father's arms... brilliant! When she did the latter, it was incredibly touching!!! It took him 5 long years to realize his huge mistake... Unlike his father, whom he thought he distasted so much, tried his best for his son from the very beginning. This episode gets a perfect score (again) from me. Awesome! 5 episodes left? I want more from the old cast again! Haven't seen any Sakagami or Kotomi in a while now... too bad their roles are really small in After Story. |

| after all the build sort of that Tomoya is a lot like Akio this made it more like his father except he had time to make things right and Akio and Sanae to help where his father didn't. enjoyable how he gets close with Ushio. it gets sad but I'm wondering how they'll continue. |

| PERFECT EPISODE. Finally, closure on Nagisa's death. Beautiful character development. Perfect pacing, art, music, dialogue. I don't cry, at anything. But I was honestly trying my hardest to muster tears. This episode was both satisfying just plain.... ok:  |
| Like everyone said, this episode was perfect. But I really don't get how one perfect episode + like 3 really great episodes out of the last 18 could get this a 10. If the last 6 or so will be this good then yes, AS deserves a 10 but golly, this season could off been wrapped up in 12 episodes. But I'm probably just being pessimistic after watching that wonderfully teary and heart-wrenching episode so don't mind me. |

| That episode was brilliant and emotional in so many ways this episode is the best episode of the series yet, Ushio is just so cute ><, and Tomoya reliving his past and overcoming it to see what he should really protect was a really incredible turning point, lets hope that all the episodes after or just as good or possibly even better =D |
