| Does a tale of melodies have anything to do with a tale of memories? Are they connected story-wise in any way? I remember watching tale of memories, then moving on to the first ep. of melodies and being like wtf is going on? Thought it was a continuation of the story. |

| Strangely enough, it glosses over what happened in the first. Too busy to word it out in non-spoilery language, so I'll just be blunt: Memories: Those girls on the poster. Melodies: All about Amamiya Yuuko's past. And that blonde girl's route too, I guess. It's strangely a prequel... made as a sequel. Blonde girl's story is a true chronological sequel though. WHOO! |
| I was kind of disappointed myself. I didn't watch Melodies yet, but I noticed that none of the main characters from Memories were listed. Now I'm skeptical about watching it. I guess Reiji and Chihiro are no longer coming to the big screen. :( |

| Muh copy pasted city with the exact 1:1 same everything from businesses and homes to street light placement and how many flower pots people put on their porches, but in Australia. I'm still legitimately mad at the horrible writing. And yes, they are connected. |
