Well, visually speaking is beautiful. The quality of the drawings, animation, and the music was of a very high quality. In the end I felt like watching a movie. Between the seriousness of the situation and the blunders and clumsiness of the pink haired, Mirai, I had good laughs. She just fell to the ground with everything. First episode and I already dislike the fact this will be only 12 episodes. Oh well, let's see what lies ahead of those 11 remaining episodes, OVA and movie. | I saw the ED on youtube and liked it so I started watching this. So far nice first episode.. Story seems interesting as well. And Mirai is so cute, I never thought red glasses would look so good on anyone :D |

| It was a decent start I guess, the animation during the chase and at the end were top notch, tho. The ending was also great. |

Loved the OP but even more so, the ED because it was so relaxing. It reminds me of another anime as well. I can't believe I've postponed watching this anime for so long. I don't believe that "Yomu" is just an ordinary Yomu either. |

| Cool start, it's already got a certain vibe to it that I like. It's not too over the top and just throws us straight into the story without explaining every single detail :) Mirai is your typical clumsy cute girl but maybe we'll find out more about her that makes her stand out from that trope, already kinda happened with her power and what not. |

| Even though I've seen this series float around as popular back in the days, I had it on my list for the longest, but never watched it bc Mirai's nerd/librarian character design wasn't to my taste lol. Turns out, she's a boring character too (like how she looks) now that I've actually started this series x'D I also don't like her stabbing Aki all the time-- it's painful for him, so lay off. What a waste of his kindness trying to talk her out of her "suicide attempt" when they first met >.> That other Exterminator woman doesn't try to kill Aki. He's immortal, harmless, AND a half human, so there's no point. Mirai is also ditzy. I'm not liking her so far. She's not cute at all. I'll keep going and see how this progresses, but meh. Not impressed. |

I felt that the comedic and serious moments were unbalanced, but the animation was beautiful, but hey, we're talking about Kyoto Animation, I've except no less from this studio. | OP & ED are a 7/10 for me ^^ OST so far sounds amazing !! Ofc the art is amazing <3 interesting start, but imo i think it could've been a little better 4/5 for this episode :) pretty fine start :D |

| OST and visuals are amazing. Not really liking the OP ED is good! Now for the plot: Going into this blind (reading synopsis only), I thought only the glasses-girl had supernatural powers. It was kind of an underwhelming surprise to find out there are bunch of such people in a single school! So, the male MC is immortal... Female MC is a blood-bender! Female MC cuteness + shyness + dumbness + frightfulness + "exaggerated" clumsiness + the fact she casually stabbed a guy (who tried to help) without question!!! Don't know if I'm gonna like this character. Not falling for "but...but she's cute!" crap! |
| Picking this up again after dropping it around a year ago; and I actually kind of like it. The dude reading her like a book is already making this a win for me. All too often we have characters acting sus but everyone is too dumb to pick up on it |
