| This was probably my favorite Slam Dunk movie, sent a great message about how life won't always go the way you want it, but when one path closes others open. That game was good too, Rukawa didn't back down so Ichiro could play without regrets. A really uplifting side story, 8/10. |

| i had low expectations because the previous two were quite good, but i must say, i love stories like this one with the kid having alot taken away only to have one final sendoff. heartwarming stuff that said, would think they’d go into Overtime to make the game a decisive one for him |
| With that. This is the last Slam Dunk movie and one of the last piece of Anime media besides the TV Anime Ending Episode. Animation is sleek as always!! I can understand why Ichiro would be upset. Definitely losing the potential to play your favorite hobby of all time. Rukawa was ruthless, but glad he still gave Ichiro a chance to play with him. Should have played overtime tbh. Now I really wish they animated the Inter-High arc T___T 8/10! |
| maybe i had too high expectations bc i was told this is the best movie so it didn't do as much for me. still probably 2nd best movie for me i'd say. animation was well done once again and the music literally never disappoints. kind-hearted genius, sakuragi lmao. 7/10. |
