| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I can't help but laugh @ those artwork at school. They look weird as hell to me anyways. Haven't seen Shiro in quite awhile so was somewhat surprising to see him again I guess. I hope Illya returns to her old self again soon though. | I'm first?!...*cough cough* Well, I hope Illya cheers up soon enough! It feels kinda strange seeing her like that. At the very least, the atmosphere isn't unexpectedly dark anymore and we aren't having anymore sudden life-or-death situations~ For now anyway. After all, there's still one Class Card left. I wonder how the group is going to deal with Berserker, and if he'll have his God Hand ability with him... o-o |

Adds more mystery to Miyu as a followup to last episode when she was asked why she was a maid in Luvia's house. There is some new material. And they're leaning more on the side of Miyu being this strong person and Illya being scared to die and less on the side of her panicking about her weird power and maybe hurting others. They followed that up with Rin asking Miyu after they left Illya which further supports that she doesn't really want Illya to get hurt and fight anymore. It may or may not be a good move in the long run but the next episode/chapter does support this with the appearance of a certain person and their talk. They can touch about the power in the second season as that's where it gets focus. The classmate portions were once again too much but it's a necessary padding I guess to get to the last part of the episode. I enjoyed the Sel/Leys discussion more and Shirou misinterpreting stuff. The last episodes will be close but they can manage to fit the remaining chapters this way. Hope the animation will be as good as episode 6. |

| Meh episode. SO I guess they will pace it out with fillers now. Should not have rushed through the material. REALLY not okay with them altering the reason for Illya's angst. Illya's freak out about her powers highlights that its not an asspull, that htey HAVE plot significance BEYOND just being there. And we all know just HOW IMPORTANT ILLYA'S REALLY not okay with one of DEFINING Illya's character moments being usurped by unneeded Myu development And IF THAT'S NOT ENOUGH, the atmosphere of the situation is ruined by comedy filler. Makes me worry how they will handle Zwei and Drei material. 2/5 Arlia said: I didn't expect a filler at this point. | I don't think Miyu was being a bitch for the sake of it, maybe she didn't want Illya to fight anymore so as to protect her? That's what usually happens anyway. That maid action is really nice. Makes you like the fact that the target demography is male. |

| Normal girl again for Illya but she is not happy... even though Rin is kind and understanding... I think the biggest plus of this episode is to see the side characters from the maid sisters to Illya's classmates given some spotlight of humor LOL |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| Sort of a drama episode, just Illya decides if she still wants to be a magical girl or not after the previous episode incident. Miyu, still being harsh to her, needs to reconsider that she needs Illya's help from collecting the final card. Well the ending looks like it's bout to go down... Can't wait to see. Well it is a good thing Shiro made an appearance but less screen time, and the family, well it was comedic. |

I just thought the way the anime did it was fine but after you explained it, I agree the way it happened in the manga was better. |

You do realize that if this series is successful they will keep the character designs (why change the formula when you are successful enough, look what happened to coca cola) and if the series is not successful chances are slim they will invest money in a second series (or another ova) and do a retooling of the character designs. Change in character designs are almost exclusive of series reboot/relanuch, like in Rozen Maiden. |

Have you noticed while watching this series that the faces are good in some panels and in some dont look like they are chars from a Fate/ series? That is the problem. For most of the ep Iri was great(for this kind of char design) but in some she was like she was a different char. IF they ever animate the rest they have to improve their designs. |

That is a pretty common problem, we have already noticed how some scenes are fixed from the webcast to the tv broadcast, it is only natural to expect those flaws you mention to be solved in the disc release, nowadays many studios work on the clock, even if they are doing a highly popular series like Attack on Titan (which in theory means they are not understaffed). They might not fix later on the errors you mention, but people buying the discs will notice and it might hurt sales so they have an invested interest in delivering (even if late) the best product they can create. |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |
| The episode felt boring IMO, nothing much happening the best part was the boobs war and nothing much, so resignation from Illy and Miyu still doesn't give a fuck ( déja vu ?) well next episode seem good so i'll go watch it. |

| Jeez, people really do take the manga way too seriously. If you're going to freak out like that, just stop watching anime and stick to reading manga. You know it's never going to be 100% the same. Kinda a meh episode, especially after the fight with Saber. Is it some kinda requirement that the hero always has to lose his resolve and give up his/her life of fighting, only to return when their allies are getting their asses kicked due to not having Main Character Power on their side? It was kinda nice to see Shirou and some of the other side characters again. Hopefully the last two episodes will be better, and the fight with Berserker is one I've been looking forward to the whole series. 3/5 |

Also yes, Type Moon fanbase takes their canon very seriously. That's why we have yet to have Tsukihime anime - no one in Japan is confident enough they could pull it off. That's also why only now we will be getting FSN adaptation. |

| 4/5 Plot that sees a rather simple structure, it has never stood for originality, so I'm not complaining now, just because the episode seems like a filler. I just told that it is quite good, for now there is this. Not bad break with her girlfriends, Tattsun is hilarious. Drawings and discrete animations. Now comes the final battle! : D |
