i dunno about Kanako, but in the last chapter of the LN, Kyousuke mentioned that Kirino has told Ayase that they're going out.. and yeah, too bad we didn't get a chance to see her reaction XD

Probably the same reaction when she finds out that Kirino is an otaku, dead fish eyes followed by the line "don't talk to me anymore, you're disgusting" and maybe a slap on the face.

Yea its pretty gross and I remember there was a documentary on CNN or something about people that actually live together in those kind of relationships with immediate family member. There was one about a grandmother and her grandson also. So gross.Its called genetic sexual attraction but it usually happens with family members that meet as adults. When siblings live together seeing each other as a non-sexual person develops subconsciously. I think that would have happened if Manami stayed out of it and they didn't live together like strangers.
