| I was pretty saddened when Kinishuma died. It would have been more thoughtful to have helped him kill the spirit of the teacher, but that wasn't the case. Dang, there is a lot of gore and screaming. . |

| That one motherfucking stupid Onii-chan!! So he basically killed his own sister when he left her alone. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! Who would seriously do that!?! And it's so frustrating how Kishinuma died just after he went back. It was so unnecessary death. Yuka was basically already dead so no point in saving her and the time Kishinuma tried to get to the girl carrying Yuka went all for nothing cause that stupid bitch didn't do anything else that scream and cry. I surely don't blame Kishinuma for not wanting to go back. And it's just sad that he had to die like that... He was one of the characters that I liked and didn't annoy me that much. Now we are stuck mostly only annoying characters and the stupid Onii-chan... Luckily there is only one episode left so it'll be over soon. The red dressed little girl is btw creepy as fuck. I really just don't like her xD |

| Kishinuma actually used his brain this episode, but then he remembered he was in a horror and promptly shut it off, lmao. Yuka's death was expected, given how little her brother seemed to care for her well being. *Sure sis, go piss in that bush over there, the one with all the corpses next to it. I mean, her brother was coming so he would just take her because no one was after her in that moment. So Kishinuma needed help and died because of her. |

| Finally!! I was still waiting for some real gore and despair until this episode. This is what I graved for! I can't believe that happened to Yuka, such a horrible thing to happen to such a small child, but that's what made me want to see more of this anime. During the first episode I wanted to drop this anime, but I'm sooo happy I didn't. I hope the last episode I'm gonna watch now is just as awesome! |

| If I were kishinuma and Shinozaki, I would’ve noped the fuck out and not go back. Yuka was an idiot for going by herself. Oh, and the part where the tongues were cut off was straight up disgustind. |

| This episode was way better than the last, staying pretty faithful to its source material. For once in regards to this anime, I have more compliments than complaints, so let's get to those first. Come to think of it, I don't have any major problems with this episode, besides the ever-present pacing problems, so let's just jump into the things this episode did right. The first thirteen minutes weren't anything special (except for something I will get back to later), but they weren't terrible either, so I won't spend much time focusing on that portion of the episode. They handled the flashback murder scene magnificently. The best part of this show is oddly enough, the murders. In a show called Corpse Party. Who would have thought? It was very fast paced, as most of the events in this show, but it was (mostly) accurate to the game and I was genuinely disgusted at some points. I also noticed that the anime is going for one of the bad endings, specifically Wrong End 2 ★4. Naomi's reunion with Mochida was handled fine. It's hard to convey the pure despair Naomi was feeling without playing the game. This anime just didn't have enough time to develop Naomi as a character (or anyone else, really). Yuka's death was handled perfectly. I liked seeing Yoshiki come to the rescue, as well. Finally, I want to say two things the anime did better than the game, which REALLY surprised me. Firstly, they explained what happened between Mochida and Naho better. In the game, she casts a spell on him just like she did here, and then he seemingly passes out. I enjoyed the "she actually was teleporting him to Naomi" context. Secondly, I was curious about how they were going to kill Yuka off here. In Wrong End 2 ★4, she is brutally murdered by Yuuya, who was killed off after Yuka was saved by Sachiko. I was genuinely shocked to see him return as the animatronic human doll from the Science Reference Room. Apparently, this is actually canon from the game, and I NEVER realized that. Props to the anime for making that more clear. This was so much better than the second episode. I'm glad I can go back to saying good things about this show again. One more episode left, and I'm fully prepared for it to get super fucked. Here's to hoping there still are some surprises left in this show. |
| Besides the overall trash adaption, Yuka's torture, and Yoshiki being stabbed through his mouth were both good brutality scenes. Probably some of the best I've seen in anime so far. |
