| For me, Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan was too dark and too sad... And I had difficulties to love the character. But well, it's a masterpiece. My favorite is Voices of a Distant Star. For me, the manga adaptation is way better than the anime. |
| What is this lack of Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan? It's definitely her best work. I know it's an adaptation but she definitely did it justice. The art gives it this wonderfully melancholic, dreamy mood. I ended up choosing Kon no Ki Konoha because it was the one shot that made me rethink one shots. It has such a powerful story and is a great way to show people what Yumeka-sensei is all about. On a purely asthetic level, the tankobon for Bus Hashiru is amazing. I got it (used) from Bookoff — Best. Purchase. Ever. The paper is really high quality, the design it great, and there are tons of color inserts. \o/ |

| Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan , Kon no Ki Konoha, Bus Hashiru, Kokoro Kikai... All great, but I just loooove re-reading Chou ni Naru Hi/The Day I Become a Butterfly, I hold a special feeling for chapter 2. <3 But I love all of her works, damn, Yumeka Sumomo. |
