| Something that kinda bugged me was when that little Russian girl was lost, nobody wanted to help because, as Tazusa said, "Japanese don't like to interfere with other people's problems" or something along those lines. Sigh. She clearly needed help but she was alienated because people assumed they couldn't communicate with her because she was foreign. Japan, you need to open up a bit more... >_< I feel like something about that scene rings true for current Japan, too. |

| I have 0 interest in figure skating, but this series managed to be interesting despite this fact. I really like Tazusa, maybe she is a little too annoying to people, but I like her anyway. And she can say what she thinks, face to face. I really miss character design like this nowadays btw... |
