| Genius direction in this episode. Especially when Akagi and Yasuoka were calling the pons and chis, ecstatic direction. That's what you get when you look to far ahead, you don't even realize the dealer (Yasuoka) can headbump you. I wasn't liking this arc very much, but episode 24 and 25 are genius. | He spent so much time drooling at Akagi's 1-Pin that he forgot about the other 1-Pin Yasuoka drew and he fell for a headbump right after having that rather intense Rongasm. To think that the old fart already got the game in the bag only to let go of the tile because of that one hissy fit about the guy's poker face not being as bad as Kaiji's. With that massive oversight toppling his composure and costing his miraculous hand and back-up plan, he's steadily losing the subsequent rounds and it's only a matter of time until he completely breaks down. |
