| At last, two things which I was waiting for happened. First, we see washizu realize that Akagi is not trembling in fear. And Second, we finally see the monster inside washizu (I don't mean the thing that comes out in the end but yeah we see that as well). When thinking about what happened over the last 2 episodes, it feels that it's silly to spend this much on one round. But I am liking the atomsphere. |

| Eh, I think they are dragging this out too long. Just draw your 1 pin already :S Getting a little tired of hearing him say "die" and laughing crazily. Don't get me wrong it was pretty awesome at first, but ... if you keep laughing every time Akagi touches the 1 pin obviously he's gonna think you want it ... Although I have to say, watching the dora indicators get drawn and him getting a kan was pretty epic :P |

| Washizu is such a hammy, crazy bastard that it makes these episodes fun to watch even though the pace has slowed down considerably. I look forward to seeing the breakdown of epic proportions that he is bound to have when Akagi inevitably pulls out the win in the end. |

| Four ways this could end in Akagi's favour: 1 - Akagi is tenpai and Washizu gets his partner to discard, thus accidentally playing into Akagi's hand. 2 - A fourth kan is called, thus ending the hand in a draw. 3 - The hand stretches out and ends in an exhaustive draw 4 - Akagi or the cop draw the last 1pin enabling victory This is going far too slowly for Akagi to actually destroy Washizu by the end of the anime now, though. |

| I think I just witnessed an old man having a Mahjong-induced orgasm. I am actually having a blast watching this! Sure, it's dragged out beyond belief but the voice actors are hamming it up and it still does feel somewhat "epic". |
| Couldn't help but fall asleep during the latter half of some of the episodes lately but it wasn't that bad. It's just pretty dragged out with Washizu getting lucky with his draws and dragging out the game by not executing the last 1 Pin. At this rate, it's getting more obvious that the old man would lose miserably lol |
