| I really like how Akagi always end up in desperate situations and manages to get out of them with some move or idea. So far, the anime doesn't seem out of ideas and I am really looking forward for how is he going to deal with this, or is it over? |

| At least that means Akagi can get rid of the west wind now. In fact that may be the best play. After all, it no longer matters how Washizu wins, and as soon as Washizu needs the west in order to win then his partner will just discard it anyway. If Washizu's partner discards the west and it isn't called - Washizu HAS to call it now in order to get it, and thus put himself in a tanki wait. Unless he has something else in his hand and doesn't need the west... In which case it's safe anyway If Washizu's partner discards the west and it is called - the tile is now a safe discard If Washizu's partner does not discard the west - This is actually the most dangerous situation, as it opens the possibility of Washizu waiting until he can win off the west, which he can't do at the moment as those two other tiles MUST be different. In which case its best to get rid of the west wind from your own hand ASAP. Unless... Unless, that is, Akagi builds a tenpai around the west wind being discarded = head bump for victory. Again. But that would be fairly visible to the other players and he would know not to deal into it. I wonder which route will be taken. |

| Everyone expected the next turn to be the end of Akagi but turns out that Washizu's winning tile was just the thing he needed to counter his Ron just because he didn't wait a few more turns. The first two sessions was over but both of them had no indications of slowing down. |
