| Gintama sure likes its dirty jokes lol I feel like the second half could've been better. I really liked where the storyline was going, but the firework part, I think I would've liked it more if it had a message in it like the first time he blew up a firework for her. Something simple like 'I love you' is fine. Or if he corrected the spelling mistake in the message from before asking her to be his bride idk lol. I just want it a little cuter hehe xP |

| As always, I enjoyed the episode I found the first half of the episode to be really funny, especially the part when Gintoki mentioned that he needed a rod in between the two balls in order to create the Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Canon, and Shinpachi's reaction to it was pretty funny I also thought that it was pretty funny that everybody but Shinpachi kept recognizing Gintoki and Kagura's sculpture as the Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Canon, I also thought that it was pretty funny that Hasegawa's sculpture also had a di*k on it, and that it was removed and instead landed on someone else's sculpture, and later on, the festival just became an all out fight with people messing up other people's sculptures haha I also enjoyed the second half of the episode as well. I personally thought that it was pretty sad hearing the old man's wife's story about how the old man decided to take care of her more instead of being with his fireworks, instead, she would rather have the old man be with his fireworks and not be miserable But, it turns out that he would go to a shed to work on his fireworks whenever he went out of the house, and that final scene with the fireworks really hit me in the feels Overall, I found the episode to be really funny and I found it to be pretty emotional as well, definitely excited to see what's next! |

| this episode couldn't just get away with one comment line from last october, but this time i'll begin with the second part, it had a nice resolution but the best moment was Shinpachi going straight from "he's such a dear old g.. ..." to "GO OFF FROM THAT TREE!" and Gintoki making him drop into water (second place at the Yorozuya lack of good manners at the table before) Returning to the favorite half, Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Cannon, 'cause Armstrong deserves to appear twice. Shinpachi was admiring the first sculptures even if he considered them also "risky" and then saw two snow balls and a column. "THEY WON'T AIR US ANY MORE!!!!!!" Oh, shut up. Just a few episodes before, you were the one that was willing to accept the risk of cancellation when you wanted to lose your v-card to cat ears girl. "why Madao has three legs?" and then Shinpachi again creates the absolute best joke of the episode. Before the snow war begins, it's funny how Sa-Chan made a sabotage to herself, unlike the others. And all of this for 100 ice creams prize? Well, Yorozuya, most people can complain but if you never pay the rent, can you complain too? Finally... Candy Line debuts as a ED. Noticed this is a very unpopular opinion considering it's usually at the bottom of the favorite Gintama songs of most people, but as i'm writing this almost 270 episodes in, it's still in my top 5, or even 3. Since she yells "GOOD MORNING" as the first lyrics i already want to sing along, and the guitar sound (even more in the full version) is badass. Of course, the visuals of the characters in modern high school setting are also amazing and still make me wish for a full anime spinoff of it, and Hiji going to Slam Dunk looking like Kaede Rukawa is a very welcome easter egg (as is also Elizabeth on the basketball court). |

| The first part was hilarious, the seocond part was really wholesome. I love how this anime is able to combine both of those things without making them feel cringey. The new ED is pretty good too. |
