| First episode was pretty good. Seems they are just introducing characters. The OP's also pretty nice. I'm bracing myself for when the tears come, though I've got a whole after story to get through as well. ;D |
| Dat OST. I like the OP a lot, but I like the ED even more. Dango, dango, dango~ Sweet Bean Bread! So we have interesting characters such as Okazaki and Sunohara. Sunohara picks up fights just like how Okazaki picks up girls. There are girls like Ryou and Kyou who are cool in their own way. And then we have Tomoyo who's pretty badass, but not that much in Spectator's View, lol. Lol, Sunohara tried to fight Tomoyo. Rice Cracker Bread! The Furukawa family is simply awesome! Lol at both the mom and the dad, especially with Eternal and Ethanol. Nagisa is cute! (^_^) Hopefully everything works out with Okazaki and his dad. |

| Really excited to have finally started this! Enjoyed the first episode very much, the art style is beautiful and the characters seem pretty interesting so far! I'm really interested in learning more about Tomoya...hearing about his past is already sad and there seems to be so much more to learn about him...and his dad. Nagisa is absolutely adorable, as are her parents! Her family is so cute and funny, I love how they were already trying to change Tomoya's name & giving him nicknames. :P Tomoyo seems like she'll be a pretty awesome character, loved how she kicked those guys asses and then clobbered blonde who was being all sexist! He deserved it. |

| Nothing really perked my interest yet in this first episode, I've heard amazing things about this anime though, so I'll keep watching. The dad was really funny, and the main guy is pretty cool. At least there's some characters I like already! Love starting new animes; here we go guys. |
| LOL, Sunohara voice is Shinpachi from Gintama. HOLY, Tomoyo is so bad ass~ Tomoyo and Tomoya huh? Both male and female protagonist parents were introduced in first episode. |

| A very nice episode indeed!! Found a lot of nice characters like Tomoya,Nagisa and her family ,Tomoyo and that crazy little boy. Feel so sorry for Tomoya and his father. Seems that both are having little bit of tough going life without their mother/wife. I have a lot of expectations from both the seasons and I am sure that this show will be a masterpiece for me!! |

| Finally getting around to watching this anime. It blows my mind sometimes to think I'm watching something that came out just around the time I started college, and seeing posts from that far back. The episode didn't start strong, but the charm reeled me in, and the way Nagisa's family just started renaming Tomoya is what really made it for me (yes, just that one part). That's a sense of humor I rarely see in any source. I definitely prefer the animation style of today, but I'll always have a soft spot for the style of the 00 decade. The girls are so cute. ^^ |

| Hmm.. watching this after completing the game and have to say the pacing was superfast. And I mean like 10 hours of gameplay squeezed into 25 minutes. It wouldn't suprise me if many viewers were actually confused after this first episode as it felt more like sequence of scenes torn from VN rather than actual story. Nagisa was kinda toned down as a character wonder what other changes will be. So far the game was much better in delivering feels and overall story and I really wonder if this can stand on its own in time. At least they manage to retain original music and seiyuu, that's something that's good on this adaptation. Even silent MC Okazaki has good VA now. Seems like they'll be trying to fit all routes into one, let's see how that works. |

| After putting this show off for so long even though countless people have recommended it as an amazing romance anime I finally mustered the courage to start episode 1. I hate the old art style which is why I kept this show on the back burner for so long . I'm scared now because just from episode 1 alone I feel like I'm going to like this series a lot. Apparenty After Story is even better so I'll probably end up liking that just as well. I love romances and dramas. I am glad I found the strength to begin Clannad and I really do hope this show hits home for me by the end. Nagisa's dad is hilarious. |

| I have been waiting for watching this anime since last October and finally got some time to watch it peacefully without any disturbances, the art is really something else and the story looks quite good I'm really looking forward to this anime. |
| Finally got the free time to marathon this and After Story. Key series are always hit and miss for me but seriously hope I end up liking this considering I hear this is the best Key anime and how high rated it is (specifically After Story). Ain't expecting too much from this season but definitely expecting alot from After Story. |

| It was prety interesting and funny. First looked like some regular sh*t but after 4-5 mins i say some potencial in it. I realy liked the jokes and the end of the episode left me realy intrigued, i dont know if was bad or good, looking forward to see. |

| Re-watching Clannad for the third time after five years. I'm curious to see if my thoughts towards it have changed at all, but so far the first episode has just filled me with nostalgia to my high school days. Well, hopefully this will be quite the ride. |

| That new girl was badass! Okazaki seems to be a nice guy. He tries to make friends with Furukawa who seems very lonely. Too bad Okazaki's situation at home is not that great... There are a lot of different girls to remember though. It was a decent first episode and I can't wait for more! |

| I wanted to enjoy this, but for some reason, I just couldn't. Clannad is one of the first animes I ever watched and while I never finished it, I recall having a good time with the few episodes I got to watch. Since it is scientifically impossible for me to have a wrong opinion, I'm going to assume that I got Mandela effected into the universe where this is mediocre. The most absurd component of this show is the characters. I noticed that they were weird the first time I watched this, though I never remembered them being this strange. If the adaptation is anything like the source material, you'd think that it would nail the dialogue (since that's largely what visual novels are). Yet, none of their interactions are believable or entertaining, which is troubling when you consider that this is a character-driven tragedy we're talking about. The work Kyoto Animation puts out is the very definition of a flash in the pan. While the art and animation is some of the best in the industry, their shows don't seem to have much of a lasting impact. It's honestly crazy to think that the first post on this page was from 6 years ago. |
