| yep! subtlety is not a word that exists in the dictionary in the Jojo-verse. enjoyed the fight and the ending was nice if a tad over-dramatic. and really it wasn't a surprise if one had seen the last scene of the OP where Jojo stands alone wearing Caesar's bandanna, when moments ago he was fighting alongside him. though the fact he's alone does make me worry about Lisa's fate since he was wearing a huge-ass scarf too. P.S. is the Arabian Nights guy still alive? he was still twitching when we saw him last. |

| Yea the fact that they showed them right outside the building while Caesar was fighting annoyed the hell out of me too. Not sure if it was just badly translated from the manga but they seemed to have plenty of time to have joined him in the fight :( |

| I'll admit, part 1 (Ep 1-9) got my expectations of the series to a low but part 2 really is better in pretty much EVERY aspect. I'll hope though that they tone down all the exaggeration the viewer has to endure. Because frankly, I didn't care for Caesar's death. Not one bit. That exaggeration might be what differs JoJo from other shounen series and gives it something special but it is also a big annoy factor. You'll see what happens, most of the time you enjoy the ride. But in the end I feel distanced by what is going on. A double edged sword. |

| It is not a shame to shed manly tears. Excellent episode. Both very sad and very powerful, especially in the last scene. That art, music... everything was in beautiful harmony. Caesar truly died like a powerful hero and a worthy descendant of Zeppeli family, even Wamuu respected his rare attitude. Judging from the intro it was kinda to expect that the history would repeat itself and Caesar could have similar fate to his grandfather, but still... I thought that Caesar will be able to survive somehow (but not in similar to Stroheim's way, LOL). The moment in which he created a bubble from his blood to transfer his twine and Wamuu's ring with antidotum, really touched me as well. In terms of action we also had something big. Caesar fighting with Wamuu who suddenly appeared in Switzerland, using bubble Hamon techniques against Wamuu and terribly wounding him by those sharp bubbles. I tip my hat for this episode and its creators. Well done! |

| R.I.P. Caesar. He was one of my favorite characters in JoJo. |
| The fight between Caesar and Wamuu was so frantic, you'll miss what's going on if you even blink once, it perfectly captures the mastery of Hamon techniques that Caesar have accumulated for the past month. The fight is a pure adrenaline rush, attacks flew from each side to side and countered by another from side to side. The strategy used by both fighters was amazing as well, Caesar leading the fight to a point where he could severely wound Wamuu, but unfortunately Wamuu... Managed to counterattack at the last split second, effectively ending Caesar's life... This fight is so epic and so full of emotions, it's just beautiful. From Wamuu acknowledging Caesar's battle prowess to Caesar, doing what his grandfather have done and helping the Joestar as a Zeppeli to defeat a common enemy. What an honourable death, not even the enemy can scoff at it. IMO, this death is far more devastating than grandfather Zeppeli was. Just as the grandfather death was already predicted, Caesar's death has been foreshadowed too in the OP when Jojo wore Caesar's bandana. But it's just sadder since the audience have been seeing these 2 young men train together, fight together and respecting each other mutually. The griefed reaction both Jojo and Lisa Lisa got for Caesar's death just made it even more dramatic, finally with a fitting depressing BGM as the cherry on top. I hope the Zeppeli and Joestar families could be true allies forever down the line... Both families held brave and honourable bloodline... |

| Really superb episode. Caesar put up a good fight. He has really improved a lot in a month. His bubble cutter and bubble lenses are deadly. Great accomplishments from the Italian boi. I feel so bad for the Zeppeli family. A history of sacrificing themselves for the greater good. Requiescat in pace Caesar Antonio Zeppeli. Truly a colorful and dashing young man. You will be missed. |

| the whole set up are pretty obvious, not surprised but feel pretty sad :( first he rushing it so much, then decide to go by himself, then a flashback, it was pretty bad, but it move the plot so it is kinda ok |
