| Great episode, I can't believed little Haruka still had a smile on her face after being tossed out like a piece of trash it was kinda of sad, They probably won't go into it but what would the abusive family do to them now? I never played the VNs. Can't wait for the next one should be a fun episode this time :D |

| I'm not in a talkative mood, so I'll be quick: I loved this episode and I add: "finally!". This time was really touching when Kanata has said "because you are my imouto". So many feels... 5/5. I'm hyped for Kud's route next week. |

| Couldn't have asked for more to end Haruka's arc. It was the obvious conclusion but it's still nice to see them both get a happy ending. |
| I have a question: If the clan behind Haruka and Kanata was so serious about succession, how could they just stand by when Kanata told them she is going to break with the family? Didn't the family threaten violence like taking the "unneeded" away, especially if they deem both are no use for their succession plan? And not just Haruka and Kanata, perhaps even their parents and the Little Busters could be in jeopardy if the clan decides to use force to punish or deter? Still I think this episode is very powerful emotionally, and I think much credit should go to Keiko Suzuki, who voices both Haruka and Kanata. It is all the more amazing since she almost never voices in anime, and so far only voices a few games released by Key. |

| That family is shit, though I would not be surprised at such a think being real. The Rich can get away with alot of crap, hell I personally know of a case of a family doing some crap like that but moving on. The ep I liked the way it ended, but like so many of the eps it felt rushed, also I still haven't seen much of a romance plot for the MC. I'm figuring it might either pull a Clannad route, or it might be a popularity contest for the final ep, who knows. Its a shame really as in this type of show, a romance plot fits, ah well I'l lgive the ep a 4/5. |

| This was a good episode it explained a lot for the relationship between the sisters they where both victim of child abuse. If word of that got out it would definitely ruin the reputation of the family beyond repair and it would serve them right for what they have done to the sisters. It's nice that they put there differences together and became happy sisters and solve there problems. And even going back to there parents they looked like a happy family and there mother must be very happy to have them back. |

Haven't played Kanata's route since the patch is unreleased but apparently it gives a lot more depth to Kanata's character too. Hoping it'd be animated. I'm just confused how Kanata can just go all "I'm leaving the family" without any consequences... Couldn't she have just done that earlier? I forgot what happened in the VN's conclusion though... |

| i think they did a REALLY good job with this episode, overall. the rain scene wasnt as powerful as it was in the VN, but it was still pretty good (i think because futaki was WAY more sympathetic and not as much of a bitch in the anime) but that scene between futaki and saigusa, wow ;_; futaki's revelation to saigusa was so emotional that it made me cry, and i didnt even cry at all for this arc in the VN they did a really fantastic job with that. i wish they went more in depth with that final saigusa shou scene, like why he became a "criminal", rather than just him becoming all nice all of a sudden overall, they did a really nice job with this arc. cant find any way to justify any hate for this adaptation and LOL @ kud in the preview "I am a Japanese stupid." |

| A major underlying issue with the anime adaptation is Riki's role as a protagonist... In the VN, Riki is the primary source of aid to each of the girls. They did a good job of including the Little Busters helping out Haruka, but... that wasn't the goal of the Secret of the World, you guys know what I'm talking about... Riki did a great job of helping out Komari like in the VN, and during Mio's route, so that was pretty cool. I just hope that Kud and Kurugaya's routes don't degenerate into "The Little Busters are here for you, everything will be okay!" from Riki seriously contemplating what he should do to try to be strong for each of the girls and help them himself. I thought that the Little Busters all being there for Haruka was awesome in the short term, but the less Riki is being involved with each of the heroines, the more awkward and unrealistic Refrain is going to be for anime watchers. I had a great overall opinion of Riki, similar to Tomoya from Clannad After Story, but I doubt any anime-only watcher has that kind of opinion of Riki. He did do a good job of standing up to Saigusa Shou, however, so he did a decent job. I really enjoyed the end of the episode with the reunion and everything. The ending took a lot more time and had a much darker and serious tone, with much more crazed hate going on between the two sisters before they could find a resolution. I was always thinking that these two would've never acted as kind siblings to each other throughout the majority of Haruka's route, but they had to streamline the relationship for length purposes. | Does it ever reveal who Haruka's real father is? My guess is that Shou is the father of both of them. The sisters must look almost the same (identical twins) to fool Riki in the beginning of the rain scene. |

| Nice episode. Many things were done differently than in the VN but they were well-adapted. No real disappointments here. It's also great that they integrated Kud into this route. Having someone with a different opinion and extra knowledge on the matter made the setting more deep. I wonder why Kud didn't trade places with Komari in the 'holding hands' scene. That would be kind of more fitting. I also enjoyed seeing more of Futaki's feeble side. |
