I don't know where to look for a season 2 but for what I believe is they were getting worried that they would not be making enough money for it and rushed to make a finish into it. But then again there was a ova that at the end it said "To be continued" Are they still working on it(ova)?

No one actually realises that the VN is still in development atm so they probably wont make a remake until its finished.

Well they are remaking angel beats with SIX visual novels....the first one is already out covers up to ep 10 and fleshes out yui, the singer girl and the judo guy. But at the rate they are going we'll be lucky to see it completed by 2030 LMAO let alone a localization. It's kind of sad actually. I don't think there will be a remake of angel beats at least until the visual novel(s) are done XD Angel beats is one of the most popular animes so remaking the anime into a two cour and fleshing everything out more would probably make them a lot of money in the long run. I guess they'd rather prefer to make 6 visual novels and drip feed them to us over the span of probably a decade or two.

No. but they can just "Remake" the last part of the episode 13 (When Otonashi sees Tenshi in the real world and he barely touched her hair) and let us know what is going to happen and there is three different theories from me

1)Tenshi Dissapears in front of Otonashi. And it was an Illusion.

2)Otonashi Touches Tenshi and she turns back then they make a season 2 when they are in real life and not in the after-life (and they aren't trying to fix something that made en "error" in their life since they are fine now)

A second season could fill the hole that the ending for the first season has created, although it was an amazing anime with a solid ending, a second season would definitely be successful. Like maybe they could wake up from a dream or be reborn but they try to find each other that's a super cool plot that a lot of people would love to see. I realized with clans that if you have a sad ending and a happy twist it makes it that much better. Just a personal opinion though. Anyways 10/10 would want a second season and it's a fascinating anime to watch.

I can't see why they'd make a season 2 although I personally wouldn't mind seeing how their lives turned out we get to see kanade and yuzuru but no one else such as hinata Yuri yui any of them just a small scene of kanade and yuzuru(I may have spelled some names wrong)

Maybe a new story for the last protagonist to lead the new student council and finding the secret of the story after all the epilogue show that he waited for the heroine but at the end of episode 13 he decided to be reborn, something must have made him change his mind. But obviousely I love this anime any way so i'm really happy if the same crew will make a second season

It's less likely to get a season 2. I mean the story ended up well. Things won't go right if there is a season 2 (though somehow I wish there is a season 2).

I doubt a second season after almost 8 years. Even though I would've wanted for the main characters to have a happy end in a new life or maybe a twist in the genre following the last epsiode; e.g. people having a new life and actually remembering what happened before, without that fake 'New Life - New Mind' crap (like COME ON, BOTH REMEMBERED THE FRIGGIN SONG AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY COMPLETELY DIFFERENT / NEW PERSONS WITHOUT ANY MEMORIES FROM BEFORE EXCEPT THAT?!).

But since the author seems to be heavily involved in any of his works there won't be anything to look back. Besides isn't he still very sick?

I love this series to death, but honestly... I don't think that's gonna ever happen unless it gets a remake/reboot in the far future. It's been 10 years and nothing new came out for the series other than 2 OVAs and some short I need to see.
Not to mention that much of the same staff went on to make Charlotte and are now working on The Day I Became a God.
