I really wonder if Pepe is alive...the episode was good. the best thing about this anime is that whatever the storyline is , its till worth watching it for the art and the direction!! Hatchin was cute this episode. and very admirable. I was thinking that Michiko might steal all the attention from Hatchin but I'm glad I wa wrong :D |

| This episode would have worked if Michiko seemed to like Pepe, but Pepe seems to do nothing but annoy Michiko and waste her time. When Pepe asked her for help at the end I was wondering why she would even do that rather than why Michiko would say no. |
| Hatchin drunk so cute! After watching the first 4 eps subbed and dubbed I've decided to stick with the dub. I feel like the dub va fits Michiko bette rand the screenplay is funnier (in my opinion). |

| Hatchin drunk was an absolute pisser (but how can you get drunk on juice if that's what she was really drinking?!) THAT ENDING. Just dying to see how it all turns out. Maybe Lulu will be in dire straits and Michiko comes to rescue her in the end but at her and Hatchin's expense (and maybe move the story a little more forward). |

| OK. So, Pepe lies to Michiko about knowing who and where Hiroshi is, lures Michiko into a drinking game, loses and continues to lie about her knowledge of Hiroshi while Pepe has Lulu breaking into their hotel to steal from them. After her major fuck up that resulted in Lulu probably being killed, Pepe goes to Michiko and begs her for help? While begging her for help, she blames Michiko and Hatchin for what has happened because they didn't have ID on them. To add further to the insults, she threatens to rat Michiko out the police...and still continues to beg her for help! Pepe never offers up any apology, nor does she even really acknowledge the setup, but expects Michiko to just say, "Yeah, I'll risk my life to help you save your sister"? Even though Michiko is hating herself for not helping Pepe, she did the right thing. I know Pepe was desperate to get out of her situation, but she's not trustworthy at all. If Michiko would have helped Pepe get Lulu back, I am more than sure that Pepe would've taken the first opportunity available to throw Michiko and Hatchin under the bus. |

| While Pepe dying might have been a surprise, it was in a way forshadowed. The fortune teller did tell Hatchin that she would die by the ocean. For all we know she mixed up Hatchin with Pepe. Both have yellow hair afterall. |

| To me this was probably the best episode since the first one. And, yeah, I didn't think about it but the younger sister was probably shot dead in front of Michiko by those kids. |

| Pepe messed up big time. I don't really blame her for asking for help in such a desperate situation, but having the audacity to act like that while doing so... well it was over anyway. Makes you wonder if the fortune teller wasn't referring to her and Lulu. |
