| Was it just me or was it really hard to tell who was German and Japanese? It made it difficult to understand for me. Maybe it would have made more sense in dub. |
I'm generally tired of seeing Nazis in any and everything at this point. The only things more overused are zombies. Oh lord, please don't let them turn into Nazi zombies. But this episode for the most part handled the Nazi thing tastefully. The captain of that doomed sub was a better guy than I originally gave him credit for. Now then, how will Uber Nazis part 2 play out? Hopefully with lots of underwater Revy violence. |

As far as I could see, there was one japanese Guy in the 1945 storyline, and Rock in the current Storyline, so... not really that confusing. Not to mention that it didn't really matter that there was a japanese Guy on the U-Boat, he was just a plot device to get that U-Boat in the vicinity of the Black Lagoon company, aka the South East Chinese Sea (or wherever it is, that they do their business). Otherwise my favorite episode so far, felt a little like an adventure and less than a straight up action shoot 'em up. |

| NAZIS OUT OF FUCKING NOWHERE The Nazi boat captain was kind of a good guy, as nazis go, but my god was he stupid. What was up with him? First he was gung ho super-nazi then he hated them? Kind of dumb episode. "it could very well be the will of god that our boat sank here today" No, it was the will of you, dumbfuck. Side not: Why are Revy's pants always unbuttoned? Is she too fat to button them? Fashion statement? Interesting.... And a large english-speaking black man with an American accent claims to be a part of the Thai navy. Get better at telling lies, bruh. One more complaint: These neo nazis are outside of their trailer parks. W.T.F. |
