| Finally...something to wait for every week. I do hope they animate the later violent scenes with Justice and GAR. Though not the highest production stuff, they really made it feel very unique and true to the manga. The color scheme also makes it very vibrant and pretty to look at. The manga effects and the pacing is also great. From watching this episode...it feels like it'll get to Battle Tendency in no time! It's about time JJBA got a faithful anime adaptation. |

| I came all over my screen last night from watching this... Love the animation, obviously love the characters because it's Jojo's and rlly hope they'll follow up with Battle Tendancy cuz this episode covered all the way up to the end of chapter 5 and there are only 44 chapters in Phantom Blood series. No the older one covers "Stardust Crusaders" which is part 3 of JoJo's Bizarre adventure where this is part 1. I can already tell you'd hate Hokuto no Ken? It's manliness is off the charts in comparison. | I've never read the Jojo manga, but even though people say this isn't the best part, I thought this first episode was great besides the fast pace. I guess remakes of old manga just naturally get a fast-paced first episode (like HxH 2011). Animation is great, especially the fight scenes, and the plot seems interesting enough (I've hardly ever seen anime where I absolutely hate the antagonist (in a good way) from the get-go). If this part continues to be at this quality, I'll hope to be blown away by the further parts if they get animated. |

| Loving how colourful it is, but the character design just doesn't sit very well with me. Especially the detail on the noses, that irritates me the most. Overall I quite enjoyed the episode, though I'm glad I read the manga first. |

| Great anime, damn Dio is so damn evil. It felt good seeing Danny beating him up. I have a feeling I'm going to end up liking Dio a lot even though he's a heartless monster. |

| I didn't know anything about Jojo before. I watched the first episode, wth was that XD It was so over the top cheezy that it became amazingly entertaining. I loved it! Dio is such an a-hole!! It really feels like David Production knows what they're doing here. It's the fine line between knowing this is ridiculous and taking itself seriously! DIOOOO! |
| Never read the manga or knew too much about this series. Always thought it was neat looking, but too confusing. Little did I know, this is the most god damned fabulous thing I've ever laid my eyes on. Super excited for this now. |

| Really cool 1st ep, it´s a shame that they censoring some of the most violent scenes that makes the JoJo´s manga so awesome. Besides that it was a great adaptation of the 1st 5 chapters. |
