If you were set on that one, your best bet might be to constantly stalk Mandarake's website: http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/ (they're a well-known, multi-branch hobby shop in Japan, and they deal in a variety of secondhand collectibles) That's still a long shot, however. Couldn't speak for the school uniform version pictured there - haven't run across that one yet. If you just want a more readily available Mikoto figure, meanwhile (particularly one that's pre-assembled and not a garage kit), it might only be a matter of waiting. Figure announcements sometimes take a few months after a series ends, depending on the popularity, and Summer's Wonder Festival (where they announce quite a few new figures) is actually just a few days away.
