| Just saw this RAW. Here ARE MY HIGHLIGHTS! SPECIFICALLY IN CAPS! HIRO COMING BACK TO HER PLACE WAS NOSTALGIC...AFTER A LONG CHRISTMAS VACATION. MIYAKO AND YUNO FINDING OUT THAT SAE AND HIRO ARE STILL SLEEPING IN NEW YEARS WAS LOL! MADE ME THINK OF HIBERNATING BEARS! THE SUMO WRESTLING WAS FUNNY BUT HIRO SEEMED TO BE FREAKED OUT AT THE IDEA CAUSE SHE THOUGH IT WAS ECCHI. O_O YOSHINOYA AND THE WHOLE GANG WAS COOL GOING TO FESTIVAL! THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN NATSUME AND SAE WAS FUNNY BUT IT'S GOOD TO REALIZE THINGS SOMETIMES. HIRO SHOULD NOT LOSE WEIGHT NOR SHE SHOULD GO ON A DIET CAUSE I THINK SHE IS HOT AND THINK THAT HER BEING TOO SKINNY WOULD BE DISGUSTING! THE WHOLE BATH THING AT THE END WAS FANSERVICE...OBVIOUSLY. NOW MEMORIES TIME: LOL AT SAE SLEEPING AT NEW YEARS DAY!  LOL AT HIRO SLEEPING AT NEW YEARS DAY!  YOSHINOYA SENSEI IS VERY CUTE IN KIMONO!  COOL GROUP PIC!  LOL at Miyako with the Kotatsu  LANDLADY IS NICE IN HER KIMONO!  see you when subs are out! |

| so it finally ended. it was a really nice serie, wasnt expecting a 2nd serie though, but now its great that they released it. i love the hole singing in the bath scene, make one to wants to sing to :3 okaeri yuno ^^ |

| I'm going to miss our wonderfull time with the girls of the Hidamari Appartments. 2 seasons and 2 specials was short and sweet when your having this much fun. Kudos to Digital Shaft for the creative anime art (as Always). I quess OVA or, even better, a third season is too much to ask for. Loved it, of course - 9/10 - very high on my scale. PS - My new year's wish is that Hiro becomes Sae's Happy, Chubby Common-law wife. |

| Great episode. With such a lovely end. Just too bad it's over. :( I like Yuno's stockings! :P 9/10 |
| I was thinking of picking up the raws the other day, but I remembered the last time I did Spoon released the episode just a day later. A very sweet end, as great as expected from Hidamari Sketch and SHAFT, I'm keeping my previous score of 9, and completed a commemorative signature. |
| Meh, I hated the singing, and there was some weird real photography photoshopped into the beginning of the episode. Natsume and Yoshinoya were funny though. End the end this was a funny, pleasant series with some good characters. I just couldn't get over the skipping around for no reason. A solid 7/10 for me. |

| Ahhh, so another great series is done. Something about watching the last episodes of my favorite animes makes me very sad, but happy. I almost died when Yuno said "I'm home." That was too adorable and definitely fitting for the last episode. Hooray, Hidamari Sketch! I'll be buying the third manga in April 2009 in a heartbeat. <3 |

| Wasn't really a super-funny show for me but really was a nice story of a friendship between up and coming artists, 7/10. Although I must say I don't really want it to end. |

| I hadn't bothered reading the episode discussion until now, but I hadn't seen it mentioned in this discussion that this last episode takes place directly before the first episode of the first season. It blew my mind when I was watching it, how they could end it in such a place and have it be so perfect. |

| Love that singing of the first seasons OP at the ending. It's interesting that so many people thought this series wouldn't have a sequel when, since then, it's had a 3rd season and is now on it's fourth I believe. I really can't critique this, though. It's a series I purely watched to pass some time and it did it's job wonderfully, and that was good enough for me. 8/10 |

| Well that was another very good season. The characters continue to be great and this series has a nice balance between funny and heart warming moments. I think I liked this one a bit more than the first; but, overall, the quality was very consistent (with the exception of the art which got a nice upgrade). 8/10. |

| Aah, what a lovely episode and nice way to end second series. And that ending song was great I had to rewatch OP of the first season right away. 7/10 A lot better and more fun than first season. Now onto specials. |
| Wonderful stuff, so glad I have two more seasons left to enjoy. This enters the class of shows like Non Non Biyori and Aria that can make me feel blissfully happy no matter what kind of day I've had. |
| This show is such a treat to watch. Really making it's way up as one of my favorite SOL shows ever. My favorite episodes this season were undoubtedly 1, 10 and 12, but the season as a whole was a wonderful experience. |
