According to Persona 4 The Animation's official website, a 90 minute film titled "Persona 4 The Animation -The Factor of Hope-" will be released on June 9th in 10 theaters in Japan. This film will be a condensed version of the anime that will contain new footage that wasn't shown earlier. However, unlike the anime, it will be edited to include the "true ending episode" that was to be released exclusively on the final volume of the anime's Blu-ray/DVD.

Hah, well, let's hope they'll reanimate EVERYTHING, cause Persona 4 was full of QUALITY.
But apparently that didn't matter to Japan, cause it sold like hotcakes.

Okay as much as I really like Persona in general and P4, give it a friggen rest already. It's getting as bad as DBZ with their leeching off one single part of the series and overdoing things.

Hurry up and make P5 already so we have something new and not back tracking to P4 and ugh....*dead*

I wonder how much comedy they will have to cut out to fit the events into that length. And considering that I only liked the comedy parts...I'll sit this one out, thank you.

Wow. They'd actually put that sort of 'quality' animation on a big screen?
I bet I'll still love it though.

Wooo, my news article got accepted :D

I'm excited for what they'll add since the anime left out a lot of things that could have made it ten times better. Though I still think they did a good job with what they had, considering the game was like 80+ hrs long on average. Here's to hoping for the fight with the secret boss to be animated! :3

It's a good thing there will be a 90 minute episode of Persona 4. I just wish the ending of the episode is different from Persona 3.

The anime proved that it was not possible to fit that 60 hours in 25 episodes, so I hope they give up on that idea and focus into recaping important points of the plot with new animations and decent action scenes.

No One Is Alone will be episode 25+the true ending that will appear on the movie. I am not sure but the bonus boss battle against Margaret might not show up on the movie once it's sort of a side story (that makes references to Persona 3 but it's not that relevant to P4 itself considering lack of time).

Maybe Margaret boss battle will appear only on No One Is Alone.

Ok, what is this movie about anyway? Many people are saying it's a recap but others claim it's from episode 24 onwards.
