Well, that and the entire VN was designed from the start to be as cinematic as possible. They wanted to push the limits of the medium and they did a fantastic job of it.Don't know about Total Eclipse, but Muv-Luv Alternative itself is actually incredibly well regarded for it's well thought out plot. Or so I hear, I haven't read it yet and am not about to bash something I haven't read or seen in TE's case. Haven't read Total Eclipse either so no clue about it. Word is it's definitely not as good though. |
