There is like 2 weeks delay in my recent reading list
I randomly bought discount/second hand manga with cute/mysterious cover.

Use Personal Blacklist extension in Chrome if you just want to Google for a series synopsis, without google slapping MAL score in it.

I'm guessing it's something like Evangelion and the End of Evangelion movies. Or they just do a simple:

"Day earlier" or something. Or fantastically he goes to Igor's place, magically turn back the clock, and stuff. Meh.

(None of this is really spoiler-ish)

Yes, basically it's what happened in the middle between the TV last battle and the "goodbye" scene. In fact, the way it was shown the train scene can be shown exactly the same way without altering it after the True End.

We'll likely catch a glimpse of Yu defeating Adachi and then have the date change to either Christmas or straight to March.

No need to spend much time clearing up that this is not a direct sequel to the TV series, but rather an alternate epilogue.

Not even an alternate epilogue as the ending scene between the Good end and the True End IS THE SAME THING. Only thing that changes is whether the mystery of the TV World is explained or not.

They'll probably go straght with the alternate epilogue.

Making it so the true end happens when Yu comes back to Inaba would be a total contradiction canon-wise, anyway.

The visit of Yuu to Inaba during Golden Week is covered in Persona 4 Arena so yes, it would contradict the official canon.
