Also I have a feeling Jin will end up with Konoha. As I said I read four chapters of manga and I am stopping there. Also this is just first episode, they might give us more about the past through flashbacks. Then everything is about him when he is older, so it's normal for anime to focus on that, and they will give rest through OVAs or something like that... |

| I liked the first episode, but obviously I have no plans of reading the manga until after seeing all the 13 episodes. Why would someone want to ruin their enjoyment of the show like that? Good start, looking forward to more |

I think you'll manage to understand what's going on without reading the manga but I highly recommend it, you can blaze through it since many chapters have only 13-16 pages. As for others, if you never read the manga you can either read it now as the anime goes or read it after since the anime is over and many may be :( over it considering some are from some anime series of last season that are over. | OK i just read the 1st volume to see what the fuss is about this anime is another rushed job like Brave 10. Yeah the anime really fucked up the manga. The show will be good for people who didnt read the manga but for those who want to know what the fuss is about. Just read the 1st 6 chapters of the manga and you will see. Now i really understand the hate. They should do what Nurarihyon does just show 24-26 episodes a year with no fillers. |

| This series didn't really appeal to me when I looked at it but damn, it was good in my opinion. I wasn't very interested in seeing those bizarre creatures and all but I am glad I ended up giving it a chance because from what I saw it seems like something I could really get into. It is not the typical kind of series that I pick up but I loved the blood and the story. I am glad that Lady Akemi survived too. So great. :3 |
| There were so many things thrown in your face in this episode... and what is the world they live in? Is it future or alterative reality? What's the town? Is the country totalitaric or democtaric? I hope they'll cover such things. |

| Far better than I anticipated, it did some fairly decent development. Fairly cliche, but it gets to do that with anime I suppose, there isn't a broad range of superhero anime. Did a lengthy entry on this. |

| For an adaptation of the manga Zetman is really bad.From action perspective it's good bad completely unorganized at the plot part.Jumping too various scenes in a chaotic way,also by changing the way he met the amagi siblings it really ruins the way their relationship develops which plays a big part in the series. |
| I wasn't aware censoring like this was even existed till I watched Blood +C and even then I thought it was abnormal, then Mirai Nikki, now this. i wasn't too excited about reading the manga so i'm glad there's an anime. Looks interesting. With the life Jin was living though it seems odd that he's so naive. Bathing w/a ten year old...idk about all that jazz. |

| First episode seems average, however i want to point out i didnt like the animation, it looked like some american animation done by marvel and couldnt keep up with the fast paced action scenes we're used to in japanese anime, also again the combat scenes although cinematic the animation still kinda deteriorated it and i couldnt tell what was happening on the scene for the most part, even the preview where they were shown grown up, the scene in the fire looked grotesque to me, the story still seems interesting, hope they can do something about the art, i'll keep watching it, somehow with my eyes closed though |

| Need to give this one or two more episodes...first one kinda bored me. The last minutes were great and the preview seems interesting, because it's some years later and everybody is older etc...wouldn't have cared much for it, when the protagonist stayed a kid all the time. |

| At the root of Zetman, like what you nonreaders of the manga have pointed out, is a CLI-CHE and that's exactly what the anime has done: it broke down the story into it's simplest form for speed of pacing to jump right into bad ass actionery. But the manga takes the familiar story of a boy with hidden powers who eventually becomes a hero and skillfully deconstructs it into a mosaic of different themes. |

| Wth was this! This episode was rushed like crazy and didn't make a lot of sense. Having the grandpa die in this first 9 minutes of the anime was a crappy idea and there wasn't no background story or anything. He only had literally 5 seconds worth of screen time. I didn't feel any emotion when he died. Comparing this to the manga is comparing a penny to gold. This wasn't horrible but it wasn't a great start either. 7/10 |

| From an anime-viewer only standpoint, I'm worried that only 13 episodes will ultimately kill the potential this show has. Although I didn't mind the ultra-fast pacing, but it's already apparent the 13 episodes is having an impact. Hopefully that's just me looking into things way too much and I should of just stayed in bed today. |

| 144 replies OMG. I guess I wasn't the only one who really enjoyed this! Honestly no complaints, the characters are amazing, the design and their personalities. I really love the art in this and the fights!! I didn't think I'd like anything about Zetman but from start to finish my eyes were glued to the screen. The blonde prostitute is so pretty and kind hearted! I was freaking out when she got hit, a little worried she'd die in the first episode :l.... Also only 13 episodes :(? What nooo D: |

| The drama was too rushed to be effective, but this is shaping to be a promising anti-hero anime. Bad adaptation or not, the first episode was entertaining for a non-manga reader. I care less about what it could have been, and more about what it can be. He has a condom embedded on the back of his hand though. At least the resemblance seems to go away slightly when he's an adult. |

| I haven't read the manga yet but I'm really loving Zetman so far. So clearly Jin isn't a normal human. That ring thing in his hand is the source of his power. His gramps must have been that scientist at the start. That lady sure is nice. So glad to see her still alive. That fight scene was awesome, reminded me of Dragonball Z a bit lmao. The ending, or opening rather, looks awesome. Can't wait to see Jin transform to Zetman. :D |

| All i got to say is people who enjoy the anime dont read the manga. I was like yall to see what the fuss was about and damn they changed it pretty bad. If you want to read the manga just read like the 1st 8 chapters. |
