It was listed as complete until some idiot decided it wasn't. There was never an announcement that it'd be more than one episode, and I think it was hated enough by fans of the manga that I doubt they'd make another one.

At the end, after credits there's the beginning of second episode (they're in park)... It also ends with ...to be continued... So?
