- Judging from Tenma's reaction, Tenma knows her and Taiyo does not.
- That look on Tenma's face is not simple familiarity. He looks scared shitless of her.
- The new girl speaks in very feminine (そうだわ！）, lady-like Japanese. (quite a contrast to other female characters which usually indicates wealth)
- Judging from the foreshadowing and reminder about Tenma's family and the specific note of his non-immediate family,

The girl is Tenma's cousin or a relative of that nature. She cannot be his sister, they would have to be twins. It seems unlikely that Mikabe-sensei would play the total reverse Deja Vu scene and have Taiyo have some resetting memory defect involving this particular girl. If that were to happen, it would be too likely that this girl met Taiyo in Jr. High School and would likely be attending their high school already. Here it looks like she may be introduced as a transfer student in the next chapter. But, considering Tenma's reaction, the possible relationship and the domineering personality of the girls in his family, it is possible she is a Yandere or other extreme personality type which caused some sort of trauma to Taiyo's memory. Even better, she could have a split personality disorder where one personality does not remember what the other personality knows or has learned... that could be interesting
